Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

If you're looking for a "first class" overall experience & value for money, this is it! It can't get any better than what Michael and Maria is providing. Sure we had a minor glitch with parking and the walk to their place but when we got there...we completely forgot about it! Hosts are honest, generous (free use of kiaks hello :), exceptionally clean, has good taste (I love it!), responsive, and were very meticulous which helps a lot esp for out-of-town tourists like us. Expect everything there is in the island life. Snorkelling, island hopping, or just watching the sunset with a school of fish under your feet are some of the experiences that's worth every centavo! Don't just stay for a day or two - stay longer! It's super worth it. Whatever they promise-they give. And that, my peeps, is hard to find these days. :) This place, experience, and everything else...it's one for the books! Michael, Maria and their caretakers did a superb job hosting us! Highly recommended! 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The place looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos. It has a great view of Taal Lake and the listing had everything you need even a washing machine. The best part is it's pet friendly.

5 ⭐️, We had an amazing stay at El casa Mori. The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—just like the photos posted on their account. The location was perfect— close to Monte Maria as well. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided toiletries, free coffee which made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! +++ One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the addition of nets —no mosquitoes or flies to worry about, which made relaxing in the evenings so much more enjoyable

We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations. No matter what we say, it wont be emough to reward her kindness. God Bless you Thea and we recommend this place to everyone

We had a great stay. The best private pool. Very clean rooms specially the bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and good ac. Love the place, so peaceful and private. Host is very attentive and accommodating. Caretakers are kind & friendly. They are only 1 text away whenever we needed something. Complete amenities. Will surely go back. 👍🏼

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful quiet area. Pool and view are very enjoyable. Area has great opportunities for water activities nearby. Ate and Kuya are friendly and helpful, the included breakfast delicious!

We had a wonderful out-of-town getaway at this villa! It was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit all 23 of our family members. The place is beautifully and tastefully decorated, giving it a relaxing and cozy feel. We especially loved the communal areas—they were perfect for bonding and spending quality time together. Whether we were swimming, doing karaoke, or playing sports, there was always something fun to do. It was also private, and staff is there to help us settle in. Highly recommended for large groups or family gatherings. We had a great time and recommend it to anyone looking to have an easy escape out of Manila.

Booking Experience - you have to plan and decide ahead if you want to experience this place as it always fully book. Our event held May 10 2025 however I booked and reserved the place as early as October 2024. Communication - The host response and answered all my inquiries in timely manner. She is very accommodating and patiently address my concerns. Place - from the boat terminal going to the venue is remarkable experience. KLebrix Lakehouse is such a beautiful place, the interior design of the houses matches the beauty of Lake Lumot. What I also love about, is the Pavillion (dinning and kitchen located) it is separated from the 2 houses. You can cook and make noise while preparing meal without distracting the sleep/rest of the guest. My daughter's bday theme is Dora the Explorer. So many things you can do for this place. Had everything listed and my whole family enjoyed the stay. The caretaker was very friendly and polite. Kitchen utensils are complete, everything to toiletries and towels. The place is super cozy and comfy and everyone liked it. The whole house is airconditioned and lots of areas to hangout to. Netflix, check Youtube, check Speaker, check Heated Jacuzzi, 500/hour was worth it! Every inch of the place was ig worthy. 10 star!

Had a great and relaxing 3D2N stay at Hazel's listing. The whole place was clean with really good beds & pillows. We had everything we needed to cook and grill from the utensils, stove, griller, ice maker and purified water. ACs worked so well, the place was cold. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was really helpful since we were a big family. They also have two pools which was surprisingly warm. It rained one afternoon while we were swimming so we were very happy we could continue comfortably swimming! Cellular signal is good which was great since the bedroom downstairs in front of the main pool doesn't reach the wifi but wasn't really a problem for us. We just also didn't get to use the entertainment room that much since it was raining a few times during our stay and we had to walk a few steps up. Overall, we definitely recommend this place. House has this old, ancestral vibe. It is very spacious. Kahit magtakbo-takbo ung bata pwede. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious too. Medyo maalikabok lang ung tables inside when we arrived and ung floor pero understandable coz of location lalo na sa labas ng house is sand. Nakaseparate ung kitchen but very clean and halos lahat ng need mo andun. Even the ref is very clean. Medyo hassle lang kasi magkabilang dulo ung kitchen and dining pero they have a cart naman you can use to bring the food and stuff to and from the dining. Sophia is a very nice host. Very responsive. She didn’t get tired of answering my querries. Ate Anita was a great help too.

We had a great time at Lucky Seven Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas! The host and staff were very kind, accommodating, and considerate. They made sure we were comfortable during our whole stay. One thing that could be improved is the number of bathrooms. For a group of 20 people, it would be better if there were more to avoid waiting. Just a heads-up for future visitors: the beach is a bit rocky and the sand isn’t very fine, but the water is still nice for swimming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. We booked this stay to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more fitting. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed—complete with cooking tools and even a grill. Although we chose to order food instead, the hosts kindly prepared it for us, and everything was cooked just right. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond to any questions.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

Rona’s place was the perfect home away from home, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, ideal for spending fun quality time with family and friends in a private neighborhood within walking distance to Laiya Beach which was especially delightful in the mornings when the tide and sunlight makes the beautiful scenery glow. Groceries, authentic Filipino food spots with home delivery options are nearby. The host, staff, and the locals are warm, friendly and helpful.
