Spacious 1,100 sqf loft in new building within the patio of a 18th century mansion. Fabulous location with 24hr security guard. In the middle of Quito's historic district and less than 10-min walk from TOP Unesco World Heritage sites like Compania de Jesus, San Francisco, Carondelet Palace, Catedral, Basilica, etc. No other Airbnb will be as beautiful as this unless you book a boutique hotel room at 5-10x the price.
