Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. We hope that you fall in love with our beloved city and we're happy to answer any questions you may have in advance of your stay to help you plan your trip. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. We were very pleased with the place, the balcony was great and had a great view. The shower was very large and a great jet of water. The kitchen also had everything we needed. The bed was a little small for both of us (we are 186cm) and a little hard but otherwise everything was great!

This home was beautiful and a perfect getaway during our trip. Plenty of space, great views, and we loved cooking in the kitchen. The surrounding area was really fun to explore too. The price was very reasonable and a great value overall.

House with Magnificent Sea View and Heated Pool

We loved this home!! It was the end of our two week adventure and it was a perfect way to relax before we headed home. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. The local grocery store had everything for us to cook at home. The store clerk also gave us a ride home after we realized we over bought to walk back home. We enjoyed the pool and peaceful atmosphere. We even walked the boardwalk one afternoon to Cascais. Bernardo and Maria were wonderful hosts. They responded to us and answered a few questions. We are planning to come back to this property!

First, the condo was as described. Better yet, it was spotless. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, which is important at the end of a long day exploring Lisbon and the surrounding countryside. Next, they provided great recommendations on places to eat. I do have one recommendation, though, a small welcome basket of goodies (coffee pods, snacks, etc.) would make a nice bonus after traveling. Not a big deal, just a thought. Finally, I was traveling with my 85 year-old mother who uses a cane to walk. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the elevator is located 12 steps up from the lobby. Additionally, the elevator only travels mid-floor to mid-floor, so she'd either still have another 10 steps up or down to the unit. In the end, she was a champ and navigated the steps to/from the first floor each day. This doesn't detract from the unit, just something to keep in mind if you're traveling with someone like my mother. All-in-all this is a great place, and I'd stay here again.

A shared pool area features a rectangular pool with clear water, surrounded by wooden decking. Lush greenery, including palm trees and well-kept plants, frames the space, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Lounge chairs are positioned nearby for guest comfort.

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, complemented by decorative cushions. Natural light floods the space through large windows, revealing a wooden coffee table and a stylish armchair. A decorative wall piece adds character, while a television is positioned against a simple media console.

Excellent location, highly recommend! The hosts were friendly and responsive. They provided a crib and highchair for our baby, which was great. The elevator in the building was useful. Good AC. Thanks for having us :)

The apartment was well located close to the Graca and Alfama districts and rail / metro an easy walk. With secure parking we were able to leave the car for our entire stay and walk/ catch public transport to see the sights of Lisbon. The apartment was clean and again secure - Vitaliano and Nara were helpful and responsive with clear instructions which made check in easy. I would be happy to recommend Vitaliano and Nara’s place for those looking to stay in Lisbon.
