Despite the proximity to the city and the moderately busy Mühlenstraße, the first-floor apartment (70 square meters) can be described as quiet, which is additionally ensured by the high-quality sound-insulated windows.

Relaxation and recreation in the middle of nature in a lovingly restored construction trailer on a beautiful farm with many animals and great excursion opportunities. By arrangement, dogs are allowed if they are compatible with all animals and do not hunt. (To protect our animals). You are welcome to use our construction trailer as a hiking riding station/riding vacation and can bring your ponies/horses. A separate meadow/paddock incl. Shelter/riding arena/great riding area is available.

There is a very well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. A cozy living and dining area and a bathroom with rain shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, where you can relax very well. In the annex, in the passageway, there is a bicycle storage area and a laundry room. Another adjoining room with a sauna with infrared, sports equipment and patio with lounge corner and an outdoor shower (not in winter) round off the vacation home for relaxation.

It is pleasantly bright due to the 3 floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows and wonderfully warm due to the underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a large sink and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, sink and refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery and pots are available for 2 people.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields on the Lohe. The large balcony invites you to stay. Great excursion destinations, indoor and outdoor activities, the spa area and the heart center can also be found in the immediate vicinity. The Weserbergland and the not far away Weser invite you to go hiking, mountain biking, motorbike or canoe tours. All daily errands are within walking distance.
