I gästhuset finns sängplatser för fyra personer och en bäddsoffa för två personer. Som dagsutflykter kan rekommenderas Kolmårdens djurpark, Astrid Lindgrens värld, Omberg, Gränna/Visingsö. Inom en halvtimmes resa tar du dig också till Gamla Linköping, Flygvapenmuseet, Göta kanal och Bergs Slussar mm. Till närmaste badplats är det ca 2 km.

Här hittar du ett fullt utrustat kök med det mesta du behöver. Ett litet men smart badrum med wc , dusch och handdukstork. Tvättstuga med torktumlare. Rymligt sovrum med dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa i tv-rummet. Här bor du med skogen inpå knuten och två naturreservat med mängder av vandringsleder och fågelsjöar alldeles i närheten.

Magnus Haus ist sehr schön mit Blick auf den Roxen See und Linköping. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern dort und hatten alle genug Platz und Privatsphäre. Der Balkon ist super zum Essen und Entspannen und der Badeplatz in der Nähe herrlich zum Baden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung wunderbar zum Rad fahren und es gibt sehr viele schöne Cafés. Magnus ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Vi ankom Berga på torsdag, og det var som å komme hjem. Vi følte oss hjemme med en gang. Huset er ikke det mest moderne på markedet, men veldig varm og fin stemning som lar deg senke skuldrene og slappe av.

Vi kände direkt att vi skulle trivas. Det är ett mycket mysigt och fridfullt ställe på landet, men som ändå ligger nära mataffär/pizzeria. Stugan var rymlig och hade allt vi behövde. Ett extra plus till Mats och Liselotte som var så snälla och trevliga, vi kände oss varmt välkomna. Även min hund hade det toppen. Vi kommer gärna hit igen.

vi var väldigt nöjda med huset som var rymligt och stort för 4 personer. framförallt gillade vi glasverandan när vi kom tillbaka från våra äventyr. De var inget som fattades Björns hus låg bara ett stenkast från vandringsleden med dess vackra kanal och natur. vi är är supernöjda med allt. Och vi rekommenderar Björns hus varmt. Sehr gemütliches Sommerhäuschen, super ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Anneli hatte Geschenke und Lollis für die Kids, was wirklich total süß war. Das Grundstück ist wahnsinnig groß, es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken und klettern kann man auch. Durch die Hanglage und viele, unebene Stufen bis zum Haus und Felsen im Garten ist es für Kleinkinder und Menschen mit Geheinschränkung(Rollstuhlfahrer) nicht geeignet. Für die Jungs (3 Jahre) war es aber ok. Auch der Weg zum Roxen-Steg war mit den drei Kleinen und dem Teenager wirklich lang und steil und dort gibt es keinen Sandstrand zum Spielen. Zum Glück ist wenige Autominuten entfernt ein wunderbarer Strand mit toller Badestelle, danke für den Tipp, Anneli!! Generell wenig Touristen und der nächste Supermakrt ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Amazing stay in the middle of beautiful farm land! Even though the building is quite old, it's super warm and cozy inside! Quite spacious apartment and peaceful locality. For travellers from Gothenburg to Stockholm, this is a perfect stay point after visiting Visingsö island and Vadstena palace. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Quartiere residenziale tranquillo vicino all'Università. Buoni collegamenti di trasporto pubblico con il centro città che non è vicinissimo. Ospite molto gentile e facilmente raggiungibile. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, anzi erano presenti anche sapone, shampo, detersivi e le basi per cucinare. Tutto quello che è descritto nell'annuncio è presente e funzionante. Un supermercato ed un paio di ristoranti sono ad un minuto di cammino. Globalmente abbiamo avuto un esperienza molto soddisfacente soprattutto in relazione al prezzo. Definitamente da consigliare a tutti quelli che hanno bisogno di un punto di appoggio comodo vicino all'Università.

Cottage at the backyard of big house, inside furnushing gives oldfashioned feeling (maybe it was 😉) more than outside let's one expect. Welcomed by host. Adequately equipped, extra heaters pushed the cold away within hour or two.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Kevser was lovely. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet, peaceful area. It was all we could have asked for and more. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice getaway outside Norrköping.
