Charming guest cottage in the countryside

Renovated guesthouse for 2 people, that belongs to the estate. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the property. Animals are not allowed. Suitable for shorter stays near Linköping or Motala. Simple kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and two induction cooktops, for breakfast. Toilet and shower. There are two beds in a loft with a fairly steep ladder. Bring your own bed linens and towels. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for two people. Instructions will be sent after booking.

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Summertime access to own boat. Wifi. TV. Private location along a private road. Furnished sunny terrace and a large garden.

Här bor du fint i ett rymligt hus i ett lugnt område nära Göta kanal och gångavstånd till Bergs slussar. Närhet till natur, sjöar och bad. Stort uterum och uteplats med grill. Parkering för två bilar och möjlighet att ladda elbil. Man tar sig enkelt in till Linköping centrum med buss (ca 20 min) eller med bil (10-15min med bil) Riktiga sängar för 6 personer men extrasängar och bäddsoffa kan jag ta emot upp till 9 personer. Hyr endast ut minst 3 nätter

Detta torp från 1800-talet är fullt modernt med t.ex. TV, Diskmaskin, men det har ändå varit viktigt för oss att renovera detta i gammal stil så att man kan gå på de äkta skurgolven eller sitta ner framför någon av husets eldstäder och känna tidens vindslag. Allt från dörrar till tapeter och små detaljer andas 1800-tal i detta torp. Gångavstånd till en liten kommunal strand med brygga. Passar både barn & vuxen.
