We really enjoyed Cristiane's hosting. Attentive and available host all the time. Everything is designed for the guest's comfort. Attention to detail. Very good kitchen, great quality bedding, mattresses and pillows. Anyway, everything is perfect and well maintained. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

Perfect space, exactly as in the pictures and as described. Everything was clean and organized. Excellent location, quiet, quiet and downtown, easy to find, check in is also easy. The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is extremely equipped with everything (and even more) that you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, since it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

I and my family love the stay. Hosts Joice and Rogerio were very helpful and attentive. The house was impeccable with clean and fragrant linens, kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The space is sensational, with lots of greenery. The stay was note 10.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked them several questions in the group they created, and they answered promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay, the place is beautiful, extremely clean and cozy. Angela was amazing, she gave us all the support we needed, responded quickly and very politely and was always ready to help us. We liked it so much that we are already planning to return in the summer to enjoy the pool more (which was extremely clean) since we went in the winter and even though the weather was nice, the wind was cold and we couldn't get in the water.

Excellent house. Spacious, well-equipped and nice decoration. A small difficulty with heating the showers, but nothing serious. Everything is clean, well organized. Safe place. And the view...sensational! The family enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Mr. Antonio is super attentive. We checked in easily! The house is even better than the pictures... the place is really amazing. The whole town was organized and clean. Fully equipped house, we didn't miss any utensils. The peace of this place is amazing! All surrounded by nature and tranquility. The house has a very large green area and is ideal for those traveling with pets! We loved our stay!
