Όπως έχουν γράψει και πολλοί άλλοι πριν από εμάς, πρόκειται για ένα ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα σε μια πολύ καλή και βολική τοποθεσία με καταπληκτική θέα. Όλες οι ανέσεις και οι υπέροχες παραλίες στα πόδια μας.Το σημαντικότερο όμως απ' όλα ήταν το εγκάρδιο χαμόγελο και η διάθεση της Τασούλας (Αναστασίας) να ικανοποιήσει άμεσα κάθε μας ανάγκη και επιθυμία. Μεγάλη αξία για μένα το πλυντήριο!!! Τα μαγιό και οι πετσέτες μας πάντα φρεσκοπλυμένα και χωρίς κόπο. Σίγουρα προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα σε κάθε ταξιδιώτη της Άνδρου και θα θέλαμε πολύ να τα ξαναπούμε με την Τασούλα και όλους τους τόσο φιλόξενους ντόπιους μαγαζάτορες. Ελληνική φιλοξενία στα καλύτερά της. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

The house is conveniently located within walking distance from the port, but you need to walk along the beach on a sandy path. I found it strategically located, as it took me only 20 minutes to walk along the beach to reach the port. The room has no sea view, but I could use their terrace, which offers a stunning view. There is also a private passage to the sea where I swam every morning.

Absolute Empfehlung – Heliades Villas auf Andros! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Die Villa selbst ist traumhaft gelegen und stilvoll eingerichtet – aber was den Unterschied macht, ist das Team. Der Service war außergewöhnlich: Die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort waren jederzeit da, aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein, super herzlich und professionell. Man hatte das Gefühl, rundum umsorgt zu sein – einfach Spitzenklasse. Der private Koch hat jeden Abend zu einem kulinarischen Highlight gemacht – frisch, kreativ, authentisch griechisch mit einem modernen Twist. Und der Gastgeber? Ein echtes Vorbild an Gastfreundschaft und Organisation. Wer Entspannung auf hohem Niveau sucht, ist hier genau richtig. We had a great time in the apartment - the view is amazing and even better than on the pictures. The apartment was super clean and we found everything we needed. The owner Yiannis answered always within a few minutes and gave as great suggestions for Andros.

Tutto perfetto. Spyros the host was very very good. Help us to find ottimi Restaurants et posti dove visitare. Ci ha aiutato molto. Vista stupenda , spiaggia a pochi metri dalla casa. Tutto pulitissimo. E molto tranquillo. Purtroppo in casa mancava qualcosa per completare la Perfezione culinaria. Si sentivano Le onde del mare la sera.. c e un supermercato in fondo alla strada .. Gavrio porto un po' desolante e nessuna taverna interessante invede a Batsi fantastiche taverne anche se molte erano ancora chiuse. Andros chora molto pittoresca.. 3/4 giorni piu' che sufficienti per visitare l isola. Molto verde e spiagge stupende..

Philip was extremely helpful. He picked us up from the port and drove us to the house, showing us the best restaurants, local supermarkets and where the the best beaches were. He advised us re local walks and leant us a map and was on hand for any further questions. The place is well located for restaurants, would strongly recommend the Riva fish restaurant also only 15 mins walk to the lovely Agios Petros beach. Easy to get around usin the bus. We went to Batsi which was very nice. A really enjoyable stay.

My children and I had a really wonderful week at Lyam's beautiful accommodation. It is not often that somewhere not only meets, but exceeds, your expectations. My son summed it up when he said 'this is the most beautiful place that you have ever taken us'! The views were stunning, super relaxed and everything that you need. Jason the property manager was brilliant, endlessly helpful, kind and gave great recommendations on beaches and restaurants. A beautiful place on a wonderful island - thank you so much Lyam!
