Wiliam's apartment is located in Barranco with lots of options for eating and drinking and convenience store shopping. Larger supermarkets are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The malecon is just two blocks away. The apartment itself was clean and initial access was registration with the security desk and the key access via key locker in front of the apartment. The apartment does get warm during the afternoons but you can get airflow by opening the windows. There was a fan in the bedroom and living room to provide additional air flow. Smart TVs in both living room and bedroom. Lots of sturdy hangers. The washer worked well and dried well too despite it being a condenser washer. Wifi worked. Wiliam was also kind enough to provide a welcome pack: Peruvian chips and new cleaning supplies. All-in-all, it is a good base to explore Lima.

O apartamento é excelente. Tudo bem cuidado, bem equipado e limpo. A vista é encantadora. O prédio também é excelente e seguro. O bairro é excelente, um dos mais charmosos de Lima, perfeito para caminhar e com ótimos restaurantes ao redor. Também é uma tranquila caminhada até Miraflores. Fizemos muitas coisas a pé - inclusive fomos a pé até onde sai o ônibus para o aeroporto - uma caminhada de 20 minutos. Então considerando tudo isso, o apartamento é muito bem localizado. Melanie foi gentil em todos os contatos, inclusive foi flexível com o check-in. Recomendo!

Everything was perfect !The apartment was so beautiful. Everything felt new, the bed was so comfortable. Shower was hot, big tv, in a safe part of town that is easy to walk to restaurants in Miraflores or in barranco. The view was incredible. Highly recommend this place and would have stayed longer if I had the chance. Natsu was kind, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Also washer in-unit was very convenient.

Amazing and clean condo right in the heart of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s place! Clean, spacious, modern, and a great location! Just a couple blocks from the ocean and the Larcomar mall, and a bit outside the hustle and bustle of central Miraflores. Ana was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again!

This is such a great apartment - clean, really well equipped (one of the best airbnb kitchens I've seen, it really had everything I needed to cook), and in a great location within easy walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops and even the waterfront! I love the area, and the apartment is really easy for check-in, the hosts were really responsive and I love that there is a front desk where you can ask any questions (and it feels really safe too). Would highly recommend!

The building is located in Barranco close to Miraflores. We felt very safe here! When we arrived there was a front desk guy who looked at our airbnb reservation and checked our passports. The airbnb was nice and clean. Good location.

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Great spot in Barranco, situated between the main plaza of Barranco and Miraflores. Easy 15 minute walk to tons of restaurants around the plaza in Barranco, less than 10 minute walk to the coast. Great spot, would definitely stay again.

Apartamento igual como se muestra en las fotos. Estaba limpio y era agradable. La atención por parte del anfitrión fue perfecta, siempre nos ayudó y las instrucciones para entrar eran faciles.

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía, muy corta pero estuvimos cómodos. El departamento es muy lindo, agradable y es tal cual las fotos. Mayra fue una gran anfitriona y tuvimos buena comunicación. Sin duda, regresaríamos!

Excelente la estancia con mis huéspedes! Andrea siempre estaba pendiente a cada detalle , ha sido flexible con relación a la reserva. La casa es maravillosa, tiene bien diseñado sus espacios ! Si duda volvería alquilarla ! TODO A1.

La casa está muy bien equipada, Jenny contesta rápidamente. Si vas con niños tienes la piscina en la casa y la piscina del condominio. Para los playeros como nosotros, puedes escoger varias playitas caminando por el malecón y si te gusta hacer ejercicios la caminata de la casa a la playa es perfecta para moverte. Recomendable !

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

Es mi segunda visita a la casa en Punta Negra, y una vez más superó nuestras expectativas. Los espacios son amplios, para disfrutar en familia y con mis mascotas. Excelente ubicación, a pocos pasos de la playa. Las áreas comunes, como la terraza, la parrilla y el comedor, son perfectas para relajarse y compartir momento. Pasamos una estancia maravillosa. Milagros, la anfitriona, fue muy amable, atenta a cada detalle y flexible con nuestros requerimientos, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia aún mejor. ¡Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí! Lo recomiendo.
