Waterfront vacation rentals in Lima

Our experience with Desirée was excellent from the moment she met us at the entrance of the building until we completed our stay. Desirée is a fluent bilingual in English and Spanish, and in delightfully conversant regarding locales to visit in the area, including a host of culinary and cultural spots. The apartment is filled with light and there are two layers of curtains to use whenever the guest feels the need. The kitchen is very well equipped, including two coffee machines, a blender, electric kettle, etc., as are all the rooms. The washer and dry work superbly. The residence is home-like, with books and artifacts, and there are two smart TVs. Desirée is highly professional and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our stay and interacting with her immensely.

A great place in the middle of Barranco's, and extremely attentive when it came to communication. I cannot stress how wonderful of a time I had here

Mikel was a great host with prompt response to all of our inquiries, he was even able to procur a last minute parking spot for our group. The apartment has a great views of the coast, and the building has great amenities.

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

Our family of five (all adults) had a short stay in Lima and Maria's spacious apartment was terrific. It's in a great location with the Larcomar shopping mall and parks across the street. We enjoyed finding local coffee shops and walking to the Barranco neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by and Ubers plentiful. Maria was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend the apartment!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit logement. Il est un peu en retrait de la rue, donc très tranquille pour Lima (et Barranco). Il y a une petite terrasse et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Très bien situé aussi, à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Barranco d'un côté et Miraflores de l'autre. Le logement est propre et le lit confortable (relativement ferme). Il y a certains petits détails qui pourraient être rénovés dans le logement, mais rien qui nous a déplu. Le personnel à l'entrée de l'édifice est très accueillant, ils nous ont aidé avec nos baggages et on s'est senti très en sécurité. L'arrivée était très facile aussi et ils nous ont même permis de laisser nos baggages à l'entrée avant l'heure du check in, ce qui nous a permis d'aller luncher sans nos valises avant d'entrer dans le logement.

Le logement est spacieux, très agréable et très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la promenade le long de l'océan. Les hôtes se sont montrés très réactifs et accueillants. Malgré le fait que nous ayons eu la malchance d'avoir deux coupures d'eau indépendantes de la volonté de nos hôtes, notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

La casa es súper comoda tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño, incluyen sábanas y toallas. La casa estaba super limpia, el lavasecarropas espectacular. La piscina muy buena tb. Entran hasta dos vehículos dentro de la propiedad. Lo único para mencionar es que el acceso es a través de un callejón estrecho algo difícil de transitar. En líneas generales, hermosa casa, cómoda y segura.

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Considero que con mi familia y amigos regresaremos. ha sido un buen tiempo, todo muy ordenado y siempre pendientes. El lugar perfecto.

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! We stayed for a month at the apartment. Location is in the lively neighborhood of Barranco. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the buildings amenities including shared washers and dryers and work space. Buildings is located at the top of Barranco so easy walk to Miraflores or further into neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Small supermarket nearby and other small shops. Apartment gets good morning light and good air flow. Floor fan available for hot days. Well equipped for cooking. Reliable hot water. Great place to stay for a short or extended visit. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to return on our next visit.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Era tal como estaba en las fotos. Pulcro todo. Buena provision de toallas e implementos adicionales en cocina, diferencia de otros espacios. El mobiliario era de buenos materiales. La TV tenía todo lo necesario, WiFi sin problemas. Cómodo y mucha luz.

Great location, awesome restaurants and bars nearby. Ricardo was a great host, flexible with our checkin and super friendly.

Jeanpierre was an incredible host!! He allowed us to make his space our home for three months which made for a memorable and special experience. He was always quick to respond to any of our needs and his little space is a must if you are in Lima! We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this space to anyone considering a visit to Peru! 🇵🇪
