Idyllic black cottage first row to the sea

DanielaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
It is a piece of paradise: magical garden with many fruits and lovely spots for having a tea or coffee or.... Great for kids: trampoline and more! Wonderful view from the table inside: sea! And the cream on top of it all: Sauna with seaview! The whole family has been very happy there. I highly recommend this place to others (and be aware that you live in somebodys home)
A view from the deck of a boat features a calm sea reflecting the soft colors of sunset. The silhouette of distant land is visible against the horizon, with the boat's bridge and equipment in the foreground under a clear sky.

Idyllic summerhouse on the apple island of Askø

MandyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We stayed in Victoria's house for a week and loved it. The garden is beautiful, there is a nice veranda with evening sun and a hammock to hang in between apple trees. In the evening we saw rabbits and hedgehogs. We really enjoyed the quiet and georgous nature. The house provides everything you need as a small family and Askø is perfect for spending quality time in nature. Thank you Victoria for everything.
A small wooden house with a sloped roof is positioned on a wooden deck. A round dining table surrounded by four chairs is visible on the deck. Large windows allow natural light to enter the space, and a grassy field is seen in the background.

Off Grid Tiny House close to water

MikkelineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I have had the most pleasant weekend in this little house - can definitely be recommended! We grilled on the terrace, went down to the water and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house itself was primitive, but delicious! Panoramic view of the fields. It was all there.
A window with an arched top showcases a view of the serene outdoors. A nautical lighthouse figurine and smooth stones are placed on the windowsill, alongside a decorative sign. Natural light highlights the textures of the objects and the green landscape outside.

Summer house idyll on Askø

JimmyRating, 5 stars17 months ago
We have had 3 lovely nights over the New Year and we enjoyed it. Evie's house is lovely authentic, a REAL summer house where you quickly feel at home. We'd love to come back another time. Evie is a very friendly host.

Idyllic rural by forest & manor

AliRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I had a wonderful stay at Adeline’s. She was very responsive, friendly and genuinely hospitable, which made me feel very welcome. The house is a charming thatched cottage from the early 1700s – full of character, soul and history. It was spotless, well-maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful, surrounded by fields and nature – a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway. Alone or with family.
A bright and airy living space is featured, with large windows allowing natural light to flood in. Comfortable seating is arranged around a central table, and a doorway leads to a wooden deck with views of the grassy landscape and sea beyond.

Beach House on beautiful island

LindaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
After we wiped out the spiders at the door, we entered the super bright and beautifully tidy cottage! Later we found out that the door on the sea side contains fewer spiders and we used it for the rest of the holiday. There are many swallows flying around that do their best to eat them! The location of this cottage is really beautiful! The ferry ride is a very nice introduction to the quiet island with many orchards. The cottage was clean and organized. The kitchen is super fully equipped with all kinds of cooking items and baking supplies. The A/C worked well for the hot days. The couch, chairs and beds were good. We enjoyed the view, walking along the sea, plums picked up and made jam, played Monkey Bingo (fun game!), see the grain being harvested.
An open kitchen and dining area are highlighted by large windows offering a view of the outdoors. A wooden dining table is accompanied by black chairs, while a light fixture hangs overhead. The kitchen features a smooth countertop with cooking essentials.

Ugenated cottage unique sea view

JosianeRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Klaus' house is really special and great for getting down. I was there with two children and we felt very comfortable. The house is cozily furnished and has everything you need. If you want to see something other than the island, it works great with the small ferry to Bandholm, which was always exciting. The islanders are all very friendly. Mosquito spray is urgently needed and you really shouldn't be afraid of spiders. The contact with Klaus was simple and friendly. We recommend a trip in Klaus Haus.
