I really enjoyed my stay at Maja’s apartment. It was cozy, spacious, and perfectly located. I came for Art Basel and was able to walk almost everywhere. Maja was incredibly kind and helpful — she made sure I found the place easily, arranged a Basel Card for me, and even left a delicious surprise upon arrival. I truly appreciated her warm welcome and thoughtful gestures. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is literally the best Air B&B experience I have ever had. Meggie is a truly exceptional host. Her Property is outstanding, the location couldn't more central and yet peaceful and well designed. Meggie went out of her way to proactively think of what would make the stay even better, and accommodated any request. She was immediately responsive and was just so lovely. The kitchen had top of the line equipment and the apartment wasn't lacking in anything. On top of this it was beautiful . I can't speak any more highly of Meggie and this property.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominique’s place over the past two weeks. The Airbnb is perfectly located close to the city center and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Dominique is a very attentive and approachable host who responds quickly to any questions. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Basel, highly recommended!

Sani was very helpful and fast in response to any questions from playground locations and kids activities to any other requests or questions The flat is very nice and new, close to the tram that is free with the Basel card

Probably one of the most present experiences I have ever had on Airbnb. The apartment is spotless and clean. Mainak is very responsive and flexible with my check out time while I needed to stay longer due to work. He is very kind and easy to communicate.

I had an excellent stay at Mike's place. I met Mike for a drink and he's a friendly nice guy and a caring, wonderful host. His apartment was perfect! It had everything that I could need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Basel. The location was also super! I had a great experience... I can definitely recommend staying at Mike's place:)

Liebe Sabine und lieber Roland. Wir waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gerade an den heißen Tagen war diese Kellerwohnung optimal. Auch durften wir euren zauberhaften Garten nutzen. Wir hatten eine sehr sehr schöne Zeit bei euch und kommen gerne wieder. PS. Mein Hund hat sich auch pudelwohl gefühlt.

Wir waren zum Wandern da und sind mit dem PKW angereist, die Einliegerwohnung liegt oben auf dem Hügel in der Nähe des Friedhofs. Es war sauber und wir hatten viele frische Handtücher. Die Küchenausstattung war gut. Der Blick in den Ort auf die Kirche ist schön. Claudia war nett und hat uns Tipps zum Wandern gegeben, sie war sehr flexibel beim Check Out.

Oleg’s place is soo central to Basel. It’s perfect for what we needed. It’s close to the train stations and old city/city centre. They were also very kind to allow us to check in late. The standout for me is their lovely garden where you can have a peaceful and quiet time. Thank you again!

Wir wurden bei der Anreise sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Checkin verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig am Ortsrand. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick ins Tal. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum entspannen im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Agréable séjour dans ce spacieux studio duplex tout équipé situé dans un agréable quartier résidentiel, près du Rhin. Le vaste espace à disposition et le calme étaient particulièrement apprécié avec les enfants. Merci à Leonore et Bea l’accueil et la réactivité!

Very nice, cozy apartment at a ideal location - very quite yet with a direct connection to the Messe. You get everything you need in the house and can enjoy the shunshine or evening breeze on the balcony. It's a shame that we didn't meet Jinhee in person, but Tom was also such a nice and warm-hearted host! Always patient for every question and request. Many thanks!

Doris en haar man waren vriendelijke verhuurders. De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de vele musea in Basel en omgeving. Het dorpje heeft op loopafstand een goed restaurant en de accommodatie zelf is zeer geschikt voor minder validen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Waldenburg. Das Städtchen ist sehr schön und von der Terrasse oben aus kann man sogar die Ruine Waldenburg sehen. Das Haus ist groß und sehr sauber. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Annegret und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und gute Gastgeber! Check in und out mit Schlüsselbox sehr unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Great apartment close to transit & a few good restaurants. The apartment was nice, clean, & comfortable. The bed was also quite comfortable. There was plenty of space for clothing from 2 large suitcases. Having an elevator & outside blackout blinds on all windows were great!

The apartment was fantastic. Contrary to many other places I have been, it was heated from the start, so the arrival late in a cold night was very comfortable. The place is really good. I could work in a very spacious working space. The kitchen had everything. René was kind enough to allow me to use basic stuff, like oil and sugar, so I could cook without needing to buy everything. I had a couple of questions for René who replied to me straightaway in very precise and polite maners. The main space was looking the Rhine and it was fantastic to have breakfast or dinner there. The location is wonderful, with views over the Rhine and the other side of the river, with boats passing by, and enjoying Basel at its heart. I am very grateful to René and I am looking forward my next trip to Basel to ask him again to stay there.

Very nice modern apartment with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and the bedroom and bathroom on the lower ground floor, with a terrace outside. Very peaceful and quiet environment, two minutes away from the center of Muttenz town. Daniel is responsive and organised, and the place was nice and clean.

We had a great time in Basel and Ivan’s apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to the city centre and comfortably accommodated 6 people. I would recommend it as a great place to stay for a visit to Basel.

Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, Bad großzügig und Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Im großen Bett haben wir super geschlafen. Großer Balkon nach hinten raus. Uns fehlte ein zweiter gemütlicher Korbstuhl und ein etwas größerer Tisch auf dem Balkon. War bei unserem schönen Aufenthalt aber zu verkraften. Die Lage ist ideal, um Basel zu entdecken, zur Bahnhaltestelle sind es nur ein paar Minuten, die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock, ist für unsere ältere Generation schon eine Herausforderung. Der Kontakt mit Livio und Jana verlief schnell, freundlich und problemlos. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

This was our fifth visit to Basel. We have stayed in two other Airbnbs there that we loved and could not have imagined that anything would surpass them, but Fran and Martin’s place absolutely did. Their place is beautifully/thoughtfully updated while maintaining the historic charm. The kitchen was very well appointed, with plenty of dishes and glassware. It was such a luxury to have two bathrooms (and the upper shower is especially nice, with a window that opens onto the Basel skyline), and they even supplied robes, which was such a treat! And the rooftop terrace—just wow: a wonderful space for an evening glass of wine after a day of exploring. Great to have a washer/dryer. The flat was very quiet. The Migros was right across the street and very well stocked. It’s a 3-minute walk to catch the tram to the SBB. Martin was available either in person or by text the entire time and was so helpful and kind. We couldn’t have been happier (unless we had stayed longer!).

Patricia was a wonderful host! Communication was easy and quick, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. On top she gave us personal recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt bei Irene war für uns einfach perfekt, da fußläufig zum Goetheanum - eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft, für uns ideal für unsere ganzen Unternehmungen. Die Wohnung war super, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - alles durchdacht - es fehlte an gar nichts. Meeeeeeega, wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn das Goetheanum wieder lockt ;)
