Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The living space is about 70 m² and includes a small entrance area, hallway, toilet, kitchen, a spacious living room with balcony, open design kitchen and fireplace, a cozy bedroom for a maximum of two people, a dressing room/relaxation room with a large mirror sliding door wardrobe and a chic bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower at ground level. FOREST VIEW

On the slightly hilly plateau of the Kuppelalb, in a particularly scenic and varied area, lie the villages of the municipality of Sankt Johann. The 52 sqm apartment in the attic is suitable for up to 4 people and has a balcony with beautiful views of the countryside. Nearby attractions Lichtenstein Castle, Bear Cave and Fog Cave and much more. Bad Urach, Outletcity Metzingen, Reutlingen and Münsingen can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Quiet apartment (52m ²) with gallery and view to Lichtenstein Castle. Via the living room stairs in the living room you will find a cozy retreat or two more sleeping places on the gallery. On the 1st floor my husband and I live in a separate apartment. Storage for bicycles in the house. Sauna use (2 people) possible on request (advance notice) for a fee. Bathrobes, towels, infusion oil incl. Self-service shop 300 meters.

The stylish ground floor apartment overlooking Lichtenstein Castle and about 65 m² is fully furnished. It is located in a detached house and has a separate entrance. For families we provide a travel bed and high chair. You can walk directly from the house and you are in nature. Lichtenstein Castle and the sun rocks are within walking distance. In the village, there is a "shopping container" for all items of daily use.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The cozy 9 m² bedroom includes a 1.40 m wide bed for up to 2 people and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided. An extra bed for a toddler can be provided if needed.

A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
