The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the centre. In 20 minutes, you'll be on Alexanderplatz with the Open House. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet housing estate in the middle of Berlin. House Prerow is a one-room apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

In recent years, we have been working on ideas for modern but sustainable housing and have realized our dream of a solid wood house. We built our home entirely from natural solid wood, painted it with chalk paints and rediscovered old techniques such as "lyes and soaps" of the oak floorboards. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.
