The truth is that we felt very comfortable. Everything was as it appeared in the advertisement, the house is as it appears in the publication. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Charcoal grill available, full kitchen with basic cooking items. They let us arrive a little earlier and we were able to leave a little later than advertised. Excellent, highly recommended. We had a great time at Familiehus Fuchs. 3 adults and 6 children had a lot of fun and space to relax. We will be back.

Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time at your place. The house was spacious and clean. The property managers were super friendly and responded very quickly when we needed help. It was especially pleasant that attention was even paid to such small things as children's cutlery, children's dishes, tissues, baking paper, freezer bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. This place is just perfect for a holiday with toddlers: great playroom, fireplace and strawberries in the garden were the highlights for my son. However, it was unexpectedly quite warm in the house, although outside it was around +20 C. So a few fans for bedrooms would be an advantage ;)

Very beautiful neighborhood. Ladislav responded quickly and factually to all questions. He also allowed us to leave the house 2 hours later, which gave us the extra bike tour on the day of checkout. I recommend this place for people with children for hiking and biking. We'd love to come again.

It’s a perfect city escape place with a sauna looking over the huge wild field and forest, even couple of wild animals were spotted! Beautiful garden like in my childhood and a small lake. The house has everything you need: from baking oven to outside grill. Owner is very helpful and easy communicate to, instructions were gives very clear.

We had a great time. Very close to skiing and town. Perfect with kids. Maybe update the address as Google sends us somewhere else.

We stay in Liberec often and this is the best place we have stayed in! The house is hidden, thus private, and so quiet and peaceful. It is modern with all amenities needed. The garage was fantastic to keep our car safe. We enjoyed the heated floors and they warmed up the house very quickly. We needed a few more things for the house and the host was responsive and delivered the items quickly. I highly recommend this place!

It is a great place to stay and corresponded exactly to the description. We didn't miss anything, even shampoo, shower gel and soap were completely available. Vit is a great host. Very nice owners and a lovingly decorated and clean house. The amenities are as described and shown in the photos. Beautiful castle ruins and other medieval attractions are within walking distance. We were six people and immediately felt comfortable and were able to rest well. We highly recommend the house and the area for all those seeking peace and quiet and those who love hiking.

We were 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend in the accommodation. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and enough bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped (coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults had many opportunities to sit together comfortably. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

I had a great stay here at Ktova Apartments. It is a very nice place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and offers a great value for money. It's great for single travelers, couples or families. I recommend it very highly and would definitely stay again. Be sure to check out the nearby castles like Hrad Trosky and Prachov rocks.

We were 4 girls visiting this lovely cottage in the Jizerské Mountains and absolutely loved it! The living room and kitchen were even cozier and more beautiful than in the photos. The host was very friendly and responsive - there’s a CZK 5,000 deposit, so you’ll meet him for check-in and check-out. He built the place himself, and you can feel how proud he is of it. One sauna session is included in the price of accommodation, and any additional sessions are for CZK 800. The sauna is hot and relaxing, and the little cooling pond is amazing. It’s shared with a smaller cottage next door, so you have to book in advance (we were lucky and had it all to ourselves). Soft bathrobes and sheets for the sauna are provided. The beds and pillows were comfy - maybe a bit soft, but we didn’t mind. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We weren’t sure if the microwave also worked as an oven, but that was the only thing we couldn’t figure out. We loved the place.

It was a beautiful house that we immediately felt comfortable in. There was everything you need - even for our four-year-old son we didn't have to bring any toys. The location in the middle of greenery was also unbeatable. Beautiful ☺️ all around!

Communication with the host was outstanding! Although he was not on site personally, everything went super understandable and smooth. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and all my questions were answered quickly and kindly. The location was ideal – quiet but still well connected, with great excursions in the area. We stayed two nights over Pentecost for hiking in Bohemian Switzerland. The small cottage is absolutely quiet on a beautiful forest clearing between Jetřichovice and Všemily. It is cozy and very functional, it has everything you need. For toddlers, there are plenty of toys for indoors and outdoors. A highlight after a long hike is also the oven and the tub, even if we didn't need them. We liked it very much. The hosts are very, very friendly and attentive. ❤️

Beautiful caravan with a beautiful view. As for the facilities and appliances, absolutely sufficient. The owner will immediately advise and explain any problem. The price is a little higher but otherwise absolutely no problems, I definitely recommend visiting.

The apartment is very nicely located close to Turnov in Bohemian Paradise. From here you can reach many destinations in the sandstone mountains of Hruba Skala. Directly behind the house is a forest path leading to Valdštejn Castle. Very nice, thank you so much! :-)
