This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest in the small village of Lbín - Hlinná in the heart of the Bohemian Uplands, on a fenced plot with a garden, pond and stream. It is rented as a whole house and is suitable for guests looking for peace, privacy and a stay in nature. You will not find the hustle and bustle of the city or the neighboring houses - the place is ideal for a slow pace, rest and quiet. The cottage is located about 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of trips around the Czech Central Highlands.

One person can sleep on the leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

There is a dedicated parking space in the yard in front of the house.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
