Vacation rentals with beach access in Leysdown-on-Sea

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

Stayed for one night while visiting Margate for a concert at Dreamland. Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in! Walkable to everything in Margate, clean and tidy, well stocked with amenities and decorated beautifully. Welcomed by Fee who seemed lovely, and were left with lots of recommendations for places to go/things to do.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there if looking for a place to stay in Deal as the views were superb and central to everything. Roger the host was very helpful with regards to parking. Can’t fault anything.

Had an enjoyable three night stay, in a very comfortable 2nd floor flat. Beds, sheets and pillows fabulous. Two large bedrooms with small en-suites. Norman was excellent in responding to any queries we had. On site parking great, near to a bus stop but didn’t use it. We walked into town down a gentle hill, but there is a large car park at the bottom of the hill, if the distance is too far, this is very close to the town. There is noise from the road outside but as long as windows closed not so bad. We live in a very quiet area so probably more noticeable for us. Heater and air con tower in each of rooms . Everything we needed was available. Whitstable lovely, nice shops, harbour nice too as is walk along boardwalk to the old Neptune. Tankerton slopes also lovely.

We had an amazing weekend in Dover and was very happy with our accommodation. The place was spotless and the shower had good water pressure. The garden is beautiful which was a lovely bonus to sit outsit in the evening. Host's were very friendly and caring, especially towards our 4 month old baby who also had a great time.

Only stayed 1 night sadly, and could have easily stayed longer as we loved the area- first visit to Whitstable. The flat is gorgeous, everything we needed. Location, perfect 👌 We enjoyed being so close to the sea, the local tapas we would highly recommend and within a minute of the flat. Lots of lovely independent shops, restaurants and wine bars. Keith's coffee - a little shout out - friendly and perfect start to the day ahead. Only downside was the noisy glass collection very early in the morning which we knew about as read in the reviews. Our stayed would have been perfect if there was a superking bed due to my husband being so tall, but that's a preference. Other than that, the flat is charming and has everything you need.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. We had a lovely minibreak here with our kids. The house has a cosy period property feel and a well equipped kitchen. We loved how close the house is to the beach and the shops and restaurants in town. Natasha shared a helpful online guidebook ahead of our stay which helped us plan ahead where we wanted to eat out and even buy ice cream!

What a wonderful time we’ve just had in Rob’s beautiful beachside apartment. It certainly had the WOW factor with gorgeous furnishings, fabulous balcony and amazing views. The location was spot on, being located along the quieter end of the beach but still within easy walking distance to some cool bars and restaurants. We visited the bus cafe and beach bar with DJ set a stones throw from the property, along with the Fez bar, Bottega Caruso and the Micro brewery further into the town. The Turner Gallery, crab museum and TKE (all free) were great too. The communication with Rob and Fila was very pleasant and super efficient! We hope to return!

The place was pristine, beautiful home. right on the beachfront, offstreet parking oppersite the house. Sums it up, couldn't ask for more. The host was also proactive with clear instructions ahead of time and responsive when messaged. would recommend to anyone visiting Southend-on-Sea.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Slip Cottage. Great communication from Steve throughout and perfect location for beach, restaurants, etc. Literally just off the main street but still quiet. Lovely touches like providing handwash and bubble bath! Lots of towels and toilet roll also. Highly recommend staying here.

The house, furnishings and equipment exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home. The house is bright, spacious, clean and very tastefully furnished. Parking in the street is no problem. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. We will definitely be back.

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

We had a lovely time at our stay in Folkestone. Dean’s place was so welcoming and wonderful - it felt like home! Dean himself is an amazing host. He was so communicative and accommodating at every step. The place was very clean, cosy, and well maintained and we would love to visit again!

Stayed at Beth's place while in Whitstable for a wedding at the castle. It was super close to the castle itself, 15 minutes or so to the main shopping streets, and 5 minutes to the beach. The house itself is really clean and has everything you could need and more. It felt very homey and I think it is actually nicer in person than in the photos! Beth was also really responsive and everything was easy and well explained. A really great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Nic’s place. Nic was super nice, always response and very clear in her instructions. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. It is so tastefully done, paying attention to the smallest details. Be it the condiments at the kitchen, the books collection or the list of board and card games. While we loved reading in the garden when it was sunny, our absolute favourite part was being able to watch as rain trickled down the window and skylight whilst comfortably sat in the sofa. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

We loved the flat and the panoramic view of the beach and sea from the front window. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and easy to maintain. We found it well equipped and loved having a few basic essentials such as coffee, sugar and oil provided. A very good location for sight seeing, catching local buses and walking.

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding. Everything was of good quality and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great and hot. What more could anyone possibly require We will go again. Many thanks Phil and Jenny

Highly recommend Jiten and Kathryns’s place. Very good location near the old town and the flat itself is clean, well decorated and a pleasure to stay. Jiten and Kathryn were very easy and straightforward to communicate with and made our stay very relaxed.
