The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. It is a 5-minute walk from the bakery, shops and Sion-sur-l'Océan market. It is also a 10-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie with its shops, fishing port, little train, restaurants and shuttle to Ile d'Yeu. No pets allowed.

T3 completely renovated in June 2025, facing the sea on the Vendée cliff between St Gilles Croix de Vie and Le Bourg de Sion sur Océan. The beach, walks at the foot of the apartment, Sion shops within 1 km, St Gilles train station within 3.5 km. Panoramic sea views. Please note, the balcony is unfortunately not accessible this summer due to a problem with a railing of an apartment equipped with a loggia (which is not our case).

Located just 350m from the beaches of the Corniche, this villa is remarkable for its decidedly elegant style. Its decor is modern and neat. Welcome to Cinq Pineaux beach on the Corniche de Sion which connects Saint Hilaire de Riez to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Beaches, coves, dunes, and pools await. Close to the center of Sion and its market. Close to many seaside, playful and cultural activities, the accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Vendee. Bedding and towels are not provided for single beds but can be offered for rent.

Superb duplex sea view of 68 m2 (3 bedrooms) renovated, cozy and atypical on the Vendée corniche classified UNESCO. 3 minutes walk from all the shops of Sion. Very well equipped. Attention: Duplex not suitable for people with disabilities. Other important remarks: LARGE GARAGE closed and secure in the residence, possibility of a second on request sufficiently anticipated.
