We spent 11 days in the fantastic villa and can recommend it without reservation! 100% great! The house is well-maintained, the layout is great and the outdoor area is very well-maintained. The view is the absolute highlight - a dream! You can sit on the terrace for hours and never get enough of this view. Parking right by the house is tight, but you can easily stand below the house and reach the villa via steps. The train connection is also great, which is really recommended for excursions! Communication with the host was straightforward, she was very attentive and gave us great tips for restaurants! Thank you again!

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa with stunning sea views. The villa was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was also ideally located, close to downtown, with easy access. We really enjoyed our experience here and hope to be able to repeat it in the future. A big thank you to Charles and Anane for their warm hosting!

First of all, I want to highlight the hosts — they are absolutely wonderful people! So kind, welcoming, and always responsive. Thank you for always being available and helpful throughout our stay :) The villa itself is amazing and truly worth the price. It’s in a perfect location, very comfortable, and has everything you need. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again!

We spent 4 very pleasant, quiet days in this large house surrounded by nature. The house is very well-equipped and the spaces are very user-friendly. There's so much to see and do all around that we'll have to come back...

*** Fantastic stay *** Where to start?! We were travelling as a family (including two children) and upon arrival, we were greeted by Romain and Clarice who immediately showed their hospitality with cold drinks including some local rosé wine and showed us around their beautiful home. The villa was exactly like the pictures and looked like something out of Vogue interiors magazine! - beautifully decorated. The house itself was spacious and the outside pool area was fantastic. The local areas were picturesque and upon Romain’s recommendations we loved Fayence, Tourettes, St Maxime and Fréjus for days out (a car is needed). Would highly recommend this place for the most relaxing, peaceful stay in a typical French surrounding. A++

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

We had the best time staying right in the heart of St. Paul de Vence! The home was clean and spacious and we really appreciated the washing machine for laundry and the air conditioning since it was extremely hot the day we were there. Thank you Amandine for such a wonderful stay!

Super apartment, very well located, tastefully decorated. Ideal for our small family of 4. The balcony and private parking space are a real plus! Anne is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it without hesitation and will gladly come back a week of good weather 🙂

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We have spent a wonderful month at Barbara’s property; as others have said the photos simply do not do this beautiful property justice. We loved every aspect, from the location and peace to the brilliant facilities. We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

A beautiful house with just such a location and tremendous views! We were received in a very friendly manner and with exquisite luggage, in-house olive oil and wine. We also enjoyed the long pool. Valérie always responded immediately to our concerns.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.
