Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.

The 10 meter wide terrace is completely south facing and offers a beautiful view over the top of the sun!

We, four friends, used Marcus' place for a little reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The décor is stylish and high quality, with many comfortable seating and reclining options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this place.

Great condo. Great location slopeside and 50’ from the lift! Great views and deck to enjoy dinner or drinks. Squeaky clean. No complaints. Suggestions: bear in mind there are no laundry facilities (that I know of) so plan accordingly. Also be sure to enjoy a 5 star dinner next door at Singer. Love Berwang.

I had a great time in Ehrwald and felt very comfortable with Katharina and Kevin. The room is very large, newly renovated, with private bathroom and views of the Zugspitze. The whole apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and I would have liked to move in right away. 😉 From the balcony I could see the mountain fires perfectly on June 21. The apartment is easily accessible by bus, just minutes from the train station. Katharina's tips for the area were very helpful and I experienced very nice hikes. I was able to leave my luggage in the apartment before check-in and after check-out, so I could fully use the arrival and departure day. I highly recommend the room and would love to come back ☺️

My daughter and I had a lovely few days skiing in Ehrwald, and Maria's apartment was perfect. Well appointed, with a great balcony view, and with several ski areas a walk or a short bus ride away. Close enough to walk from the railway station. We had really friendly interactions, and especially clear instructions. We will certainly return, hopefully for longer next time.
