Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Der Außenbereich umfasst verschiedene Saunen, Spielplatz, Pool und einen Grill auf der Hauptterrasse. In der gemütlichen Freizeit- & Spiel-Lounge warten Dart, Tischkicker und Tischtennis. Biker finden sichere Fahrradabstellung und Werkstatt. Perfekt für Familien und Aktivurlauber!

Maishofen is a quiet gem situated in the middle of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Saalfelden Stein an der Meer, Leogang, Zell am See, Kaprun and The Kitzsteinhorn. The area has so many attractions to offer. The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.
