Calm, Clean, Safe & completely remodeled 1 bed room home. King size bed. House has sleeper sofa and a small study nook. (Ideally for two). Relaxing back porch. Kitchen has an island with 2 stools all modern look. House has Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. This is a very small home 6ft low shower. with great quality items. Nice place to relax. Perfectly centered 5 min drive to lake, or LR University, 10 min to Downtown Hickory. 11 min to I-40. Pots, Plates, Appliances.

Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.
