The Wöschhüsli with built in 1861 offers a dreamy accommodation for singles and couples in a good location. The two rooms measure about 40m2 and the outdoor area in the yard and garden is gladly used. The mini kitchen with small fridge and two hotplates is well equipped for an extensive, warm breakfast. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

Here you can sit high above everything with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Very romantic. It is a great starting point for great excursions to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings. To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry and the island of Mainau is also not far away. The old town leads either a beautiful long shore path or a direct bus (about 15 minutes).

Renovated - Beautiful fisherman's cottage with lake access

It was a wonderful holiday! We don't understand the negative reviews. We were on the water every day with the standup paddle and one of the rowing boats - yes, the entrance is muddy, but it did not prevent us from fully enjoying this magnificent lake. The garden with all the seating and lounging options - as well as the fire bowl - made it a unique experience! We were able to sleep very well in the bed, it is very comfortable and the surroundings are nice and quiet. There is free wood & coffee, as well as some additional utensils such as oils, spices, cloths, dishwashing & towels, that's really great! Barbara was always immediately available when questions arose and she was very friendly. We will be back and are very grateful for this unique spot, right on the lake, in full idyll and tranquility! Thanks again and see you soon :)

Beautiful and ancient house in Kesswil. We went down to the lake in the morning and took a morning swim. Wonderful. Once we cooked in the kitchen ourselves and once we were in the restaurant Schiff (2 min. walk). Seriana is super nice and uncomplicated.

The apartment is very nice and we had a pleasant stay. The parking space right outside the door is also very convenient. The surroundings are very quiet and close to nature, and you can reach Constance in 10-20 minutes by car. The loft bed is in the dining and living room and the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom, that's something you might want to have on the screen beforehand :) Otherwise, we were very satisfied!

The small bathroom features a modern design with a glass shower enclosure and wood-textured walls. A sleek vanity with two drawers offers storage space. A mirror with built-in lighting is positioned above the sink, providing illumination. Neutral tones and clean lines create a minimalistic aesthetic.
