Historical center, shops, restaurants, bars - everything the city can offer is just a step away. This apartment is quiet (even though tram stop is close) because it is oriented to a nice courtyard. The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. It is full equipped with oven, fridge, big tv, kettle, wash maschine, iron, hairdryer, etc. There is 24h reception in the building so you can check in (or out) 24h/7days.
