Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ledyard

This is the second time we have stayed at Diane’s place and we absolutely love the home. It’s a quaint little home and suitable for our family of 5. The home was spotless and we had plenty of towels and fresh linens. Shopping & dining are all close by and the city of Providence and Boston are also great options and within driving distance. Diane is an exceptional hostess and I would recommend her home to anyone looking for a place to stay in RI

This home was was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable with the most amazing back yard and enclosed patio. Great place to enjoy coffee, tea and conversation. The piano was a treat as we had musicians with us. Here for a family reunion with just about everyone born and raised in Manchester before jetting off to different parts of the globe, it provided a central place to visit, relax and connect. The highline trail is a hop skip and a jump away! Beautiful area to explore. Virginia was a fabulous host. You feel love here.

John was a great host. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were welcome and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and the rooms well appointed. He left his snacks in the kitchen and everything you would need to have a wonderful stay. I can’t recommend it enough, beautiful spot local to everything. We definitely plan on coming back next time we have to be in the area.

We wanted a unique stay not too far from home for a brief break in our lackluster winter routine. Ken's farm certainly filled the bill. The best description we can come up with for the house is that it is part antique store, part natural history museum, part collectibles emporium, part library, and part very cozy home! We have never stayed in such an interesting, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked Airbnb before. Ken is a very personable host who gave us a tour of the home he obviously loves after first having helped us lug our belongings from the truck. He answered questions promptly, kept the walkways clear of snow and ice, gave us fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast, and had started a welcoming fire in one of the two fireplaces just prior to our arrival. If you are looking for a quiet country setting with a few pleasant surprises, Kenneth's farm is the place to be!

We had a wonderful time visiting RI and staying here made it that much more enjoyable. The house is beautiful, the views were amazing, it was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and had everything my family needed. Everything was as pictured and better than we expected. Sarah was very responsive with communication. We couldn’t have been happier. I would go back in a heartbeat - Highly recommend!!

Best hosts you can find! Nick went above and beyond to ensure that our stay for my daughter’s graduation was perfect. The home was great. Exactly as described and the beautiful back yard and fire pit were amazing and some great photo spots. The hosts truly had thought of everything including other amenities that might be needed (some snacks and staples in the kitchen for those late night arrivals, a welcome bottle of wine, travel toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something). There’s always a little thought of “I don’t really know what we’re getting” when you book a vacation rental, but have no worries here. They have thought of everything and will quickly respond if you need any specific confirmations! Highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely incredible, probably one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! So much attention to detail, such beautiful decor and cozy furniture, perfect for dinner parties and lounging and everything in between. My favorite space was the dining room off the kitchen with three walls of windows overlooking the water and garden. And the bed was SO comfortable!

Great place, would recommend to other travelers. I had a few questions, but Michael was always quick to respond and offer solutions.

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

The perfect getaway/surf trip! Claude is so much more than your average Airbnb host: he is an amazing tour guide, he taught us the town history as well as showed us to the best surf spots nearby that we would’ve never found otherwise. Claude went out of his way to drive us to and from surf spots, and even dropped us off at the train station. Not to mention he made us coffee and muffins in the morning?! A joy to be around, Claude is everything you could want in an Airbnb host and more. I am so grateful to have stumbled soon his beautiful home, although the stay was short, it was so very sweet.

Nancy is a lovely person and an amazing host. The place was great with big open and nicely decorated rooms. Nancy is very proactive and responsive. The apartment was well equipped with many extras. I felt right at home. Again, Nancy can't be beat as an incredible host. I will absolutely look for her place when I return for work!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

This place was as described. I wouldn’t change my rating for these 2 things but…the location is really too far from Mystic to casually walk there. Also the home is very close to a major highway and the noise was pretty loud and did keep me up at night. Not a deal breaker but if you need quiet to sleep it’s a consideration! The space was clean and comfortable and Susan is very communicative! Very nice that she stocks the kitchen with necessities for breakfast including some delicious homemade muffins!

One of the best hosts we've stayed with. Very friendly and accommodating. My fiance and I loved this waterfront locations. it's so peaceful and serene. it's located at the end of a dead end road so it's super quiet too. Would very much like to return again

Airbnb was perfect distance to many of the attractions. Joanne left many amazing recommendations for restaurants and attractions that we added many stops to our weekend trip. Apartment was cozy, clean and on a very peaceful area.

I needed a place to stay the evening I arrived at the Bradley Airport and I didn’t want to stay in a hotel. I’d never been to the area and wished I had a friend to stay with. Alas, I did! Only I didn’t know at the time that Sandra and Tom would fill that role. I literally felt like I’d gone to visit friends from the moment I arrived until I departed. The bedroom upstairs was cozy and the gourmet breakfast the next morning made it very much worth not staying in a hotel! I wasn’t hungry until mid afternoon, which turned out to be convenient because I had meetings until then. If I ever return to the area, I will stay with my friends Sandra and Tom again!

Went to the Avonlea for my birthday. It was the most wonderful stay. First of all Sabrina who takes care of EVERYTHING is the sweetest and most helpful hostess. The view is just as described so aren't the rooms. Walking distance to just about everything. I would go again.... if you're thinking of going to the Avonlea. All I can say is GO you'll have the best stay ever 👍👍👍👍👍

What a treat! I grew up in Madison and didn’t realize this amazing bed and breakfast was right under my nose! Michael was incredibly friendly and helpful and the space was fantastic. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful space, central location and delicious breakfast!

We had the most lovely stay at Andrea’s place. Had the two-room suite with our adult daughter. It was like stepping back in time - the charm, quaintness of the cottages. No tv/wifi. Check. Ocean view. Check. Delish breakfast delivered each morning. Check. This place is an absolute gem!! Bonus - location. Surrounded by Gilded Age hotel and buildings with rolling lawn where we had drinks in Adirondacks listening to live music outdoors. Block Island is stunning as well - bluffs, beaches, unspoiled land, ponds. Just a perfect stay!! Andrea, Robin and staff were the best. Huge thank you!!

Evan called us to give us the instruction on how to check in and what to expect before we arrived. The next morning a gourmet breakfast was provided by him that was elegant and so heartfelt. Everything he made for us was from scratch and fresh! Farm to table! We had an extraordinary quiche with cheeses his sister brought home from Italy! Outstanding!

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s in Pawcatuck! His home was lovely as was the room we stayed in. Tom gave us great recommendations for dining and things to do in the area. Everything about our trip to the Pawcatuck/Westerly/Mystic/Watch Hill area was fantastic. Tom made checking in and coming and going a breeze and made us feel right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and would love to visit again in the future.

We stayed at Lori’s place for two nights while visiting some friends in the area. Lori was flexible and friendly right from the start, including providing delicious breakfast foods (thanks to Lori’s chickens for the eggs!). We had plenty of space to spread out and made good use of the electric fireplace during the chilly nights. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. We didn’t make use of the outdoor space, but there’s plenty of it and we definitely should have. We’ll add this to our list of places to stay when we return!

Cathy’s house is a wonderful example of a real New England inn that has historical significance. It’s charming, cosy and just quirky enough to make it interesting. Very comfortable. Cathy is a delightful, and always a good host.
