Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids.
