You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. The getaway on the dike is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a cozy, quiet and bright apartment. Ideally located by the beach and close to shops. The apartment, with courtyard views, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a unique character, quiet and secure (video surveillance) with elevator access. Spacious and bright, it has been completely refurbished and is bordered by a 20 m² terrace that has a large table and a gas plancha to enjoy the beautiful days. The house has been designed and equipped for a family vacation by the sea and to enjoy the activities offered by the municipality during the summer period. Off-season, the environment is quieter and more conducive to rest.
