Ambiance élégante et chaleureuse dans un grand T2 idéalement situé entre vieux-port, vieille charité, cathédrale de la major, mucem, terrasses du port, rue de la république..., en lisière du panier. Mon appartement est niché au dernier étage, sous les toits de l’immeuble. Il fait environ 37 m2 et est configuré en duplex : en bas se trouvent la pièce principale, la petite cuisine, la salle d’eau et le WC indépendant. Il y a un petit balcon et une vue agréable ! A l’étage : la grande chambre avec les rangements pour vos vêtements et un lit double (160x200). Et un coin bureau pour le télétravail. Il y a de quoi passer de bonnes nuits : DORMIR AU CALME dans une literie confortable.
