Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Le Kram

Une maison magnifique, au dessus de nos attentes. Saloua et son mari ont été très arrangeants, facilement joignables, et d'une grande sympathie. Je recommande vivement cette maison, dont je me souviendrai toujours pour y avoir logé pendant mon mariage. Merci encore pour l'accueil !

C’est le logement idéal pour un séjour en famille à Tunis. Nous avons été bien accueilli par l’hôte. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. Il y’a plein de resto dans les alentours. J’y reviendrai l’année prochaine.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable chez Simona. La maison est superbe, le mobilier simple et de bon goût et les équipements nombreux et de qualité. Le vrai plus de cette maison est clairement ses extérieurs et notamment sa vue sur la mer et la plage de la Marsa à proximité immédiate. La configuration en dépendances est idéale pour recevoir famille et amis avec des espaces communs et d'autres indépendants. Simona a été une hôte parfaite, tant lors de l'accueil que dans nos échanges durant notre séjour ! Encore merci Simona, nous reviendrons dès l'été prochain !

Votre logement très propre, literie et linge lit de très haute qualité. ❤️ Dommage que la troisième chambre n'est pas pourvue un grand lit !😉 Climatisation partout 😃 2 salles de bain ( salle d'eau ,douche à l' Italienne ) et une avec baignoire. Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci 🙏🏻

Our stay was truly a paradise, this house looks like a real museum and the service offered is undoubtedly first class. The location is ideal, a small oasis in the middle of the capital, the kindness of the staff and the owner is also remarkable: there really isn’t half a bad thought about this curated property. We will definitely come back and recommend this villa to anyone that comes across the opportunity to stay here, truly a beautiful experience. Thank you again for everything.

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

The place was a lucky find. It was spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable. The location and the hosts were the stand outs for us. I sincerely appreciate the help and advice we got from the host, very respectful and great people. I can’t thank them enough 🙏

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mitten in der Innenstadt – ideal, um alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet vier Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Badezimmer. Besonders das riesige Wohnzimmer ist ein Highlight – hier hätten problemlos noch mehr Personen Platz gefunden. Die Unterkunft war gut zu finden, leicht zu erreichen, und auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert. Taieb ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber: stets hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und organisiert. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns mit nützlichen Informationen und Kontakten unterstützt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – vielen Dank, Taieb!

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und wir haben es sehr genossen!! Die Lage ist super und die Gegend sehr sicher und ruhig :) Auch die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber gewesen mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Im generellen bietet die Unterkunft einen schön ruhigen Rückzugsort der eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Auch Amen der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hat bei allen möglichen Fragen schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet! Also eine echte Empfehlung 🫶🏼

the accommodation is actually even better than on the photos. the interior is of good quality, there is everything you need. compared to other places we've been to it was clean and tidy. you can see that the place is taken care of. excellent location, there are good restaurants and banks around the corner but still at night it's very calm so u don't get disturbed. everything is well functioning and if there is anything you need the host replies very fast and helps you out. also it got the friendliest dog neighbour ever ;) thank you

Ik was ontzettend blij met mijn verblijf in de Airbnb van Steph! Het huis is prachtig ingericht, met oog voor detail en een authentieke sfeer die precies is waar ik naar op zoek was. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een onverwachte verrassing was het charmante terras aan een van de slaapkamers – zo’n fijne plek om even tot rust te komen. Ook het dakterras, bereikbaar via een aparte ingang, maakte het helemaal af. Het voelde allemaal heel wholesome en klopte gewoon. Steph was bovendien super responsief en flexibel, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Echt een aanrader!

A couple of pieces of feedback: You have an online check-in process, which works well, but then you also request the same information again via text (e.g., passport details). It would be smoother to choose just one method. Communication could be improved. We had agreed that you would let me know if a booking request came in for Saturday night so I could extend my stay, but unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and we had to move out unexpectedly. Thanks again for hosting us!

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. Thank you again to the incredible hosts, they make you feel right at home and are there for any need you may have! 🫶🏽

Une superbe maison où il a été plus qu'agréable de faire étape pour quelques jours en famille ! Jardin très agréable pour les repas du matin au soir. Maison trèèès spacieuse et décorée avec goût. On n'a manqué de rien. Slim, le papa d'Emna nous a accueilli à bras ouverts, nous confiant sa maison et prenant le temps de faire un tour du quartier avec nous à notre arrivée pour repérer les bonnes adresses. Super contact avec Emna par messages aussi, elle a été très réactive et sympa! Facile de rejoindre Tunis centre en taxi (ou même en voiture puis à pied), ainsi que la banlieue nord de tunis (Carthage, sidi Bou, la marsa...), ou de rejoindre les axes principaux pour descendre plus au sud ou aller en direction de Bizerte. Quartier animé avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, mais maison au calme.. Rien à dire, tout était parfait, allez y les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci encore à vous !

Madame Souad est était juste MAGNIFIQUE humainement et professionnellement! Elle a tout fait pour nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée ! Villa somptueuse, propreté éclatante, design de la villa très impressionnant avec le séjour rond vue sur piscine et cheminée et le jardin et arbres bien taillés en spirale. Merci beaucoup Madame Souad pour cette parenthèse enchantée 🙏

Nous étions 7 amis. Maison de charme avec agréable jardin et terrasse dans un beau quartier résidentiel et sécurisé tout prés de la plage et du centre animé de la Marsa accessible à pied en se promenant. Stationnement de la voiture devant la maison .Commerces et restaurants à proximité . Avec le train TGM Tunis, Sidi Bou Said , Carthage sont accessibles rapidement. Tuline a toujours été à l'écoute et a bien noté le petit problème électrique à revoir. Excellent séjour.

Très grande maison avec piscine dans un emplacement très pratique. Il manque un peu de commodités comme des prises électriques et des serviettes mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons passé un beau week-end ! La résidence est très agréable, calme et sécurisée. Idéalement située dans Gammarth. Encore merci à Mehdi qui a été super, sympathique, accueillant, arrangeant et réactif. On garde l’adresse et on recommande vivement 👍🏼

Il was great experience. However the contry don't treat tourists right, horrible airport welcome and departure. Unfortunate I will not come back to tunis.
