Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Gosier

The place had a great view, all the necessities (kitchen, fridge, freezer, AC, good wifi, patio to sit outside, indoor gated parking). There is also a water tank if there is a cut in water. Contactless check in and host was very responsive on whats app. Location was just in front of casino gosier, within 15 min walk to everything including park, beach, groceries, restaurant. The appartment looks like the picture well renovated for guadeloupe. I would book again. Great stay

It was a very well located accommodation in Bas-Du-Fort near the beach and services (grocery store, highway), halfway between the 2 sides of Guadeloupe, ideal for access to beaches and hikes. The accommodation was spacious, well decorated and with a beautiful view of the bay from the small 2-seater balcony. I would go back there without hesitation.

It is a very nice location with amazing sea views, a beautiful and large terrace. The view of Basse Terre and Les Saintes is an everyday treat. Comfort was present with the dishwasher and washing machine. The host is lovely and responsive. What a joy to spend 14 nights in this bit of paradise. Excellent stay. The listing was a perfect fit, located in a private residence, peaceful (albeit a little old-fashioned). We had a slight apprehension about the water outages, but water bottles were available to make up for it, which was very appreciated. The mobile network was sometimes weak inside (especially shutters closed), which asked me for some organization for remote work, but getting through my calls was also an opportunity to enjoy the sea air. Thank you again for hosting us and for a pleasant experience!

In addition to the accommodation that met our expectations and the description of the listing, we also extremely appreciated the kindness and the relationship made easy by Jean Charles, both before arrival and during our stay. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the views as well as the beach being so close. The only criticism would be the layout. The layout works better for larger groups, but not as well for smaller groups - there are a lot of rooms and some of them are only accessible from the outside or via another room.

Heavenly stay, villa with amazing views. In the morning, opening the shutters gives you a feeling of well-being and serenity. Plage du Havre is a place: for surfing and a snorkeling spot, little seaweed thanks to the coral reef. The pool is a real +++. The advice from the restaurant le lucullus was very good, same for other services: excursions, car rental, catering, etc. Ideal location: pharmacy, convenience store... Looking forward to returning...

Small quiet nest, a short walk to the beach, simple but effective, for a family vacation

The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

Everything was perfect, very well-equipped accommodation, quiet, direct access to the sea and the pool. Very well located for visiting both parts of the island. Maria, with her kindness, gave us excellent advice. i recommend this place 200%.

Just great. Marie and her husband were super present to answer any questions we had. The space was clean and in a good location. Next to the beach, you can find small village parties, just perfect. Otherwise you will be next to everything to make visits if you rent a car. The wifi was great too. In short, no complaints, I'll be happy to come back.

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jerome's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect location with the beach opposite. Perfect in amenities… there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! You have to leave this interlude of life one day and return to reality.

I spent 12 nights at Xavier's in a perfectly full, located and equipped apartment. We have access to a beach directly from the residence. The location is perfect for visiting the entire island. About the apartment, it is well equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Guadeloupe is subject to many water cuts but Xavier provides many bottles of water to compensate. Xavier is attentive, available and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment with its balcony overlooking the sea. You will have a great vacation there. 🤩🌞🏖️
