We are delighted to host you in our studio, completely refurbished in May 2024! Located in a small village house close to all amenities (shops and restaurants 3 min walk). 5 minutes from bus stops to get off in the center of Cannes. In a few minutes by bus you will be in the center of Cannes, and enjoy its beaches and festivals, 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the highway. No air conditioning, but on the ground floor and thick walls!

Very bright and quiet apartment with a large terrace, overlooking gardens. Very well located, simple and quick accessibility because it is close to major roads (5 min from highway access), private and closed parking at the foot of the apartment. Close to Cannes city center (15 min by foot or 3 min by bus) buses are 2 min by foot from the apartment. Shops nearby (bakery at the foot of the apartment, E.LECLERC supermarket is a 5-minute walk away)
