In a few steps, you will reach the towpath that borders the Mayenne, where the VéloFrancette passes, you will visit the Ursuline Convent and you will stroll through the alleys of old Château-Gontier.

Quiet patio with plancha. 2nd level: 2 bedrooms, one equipped with an LED screen (Mycanal/Netflix/Bein sport), toilet, workspace available upon request.

Completely renovated 1900s townhouse with a quiet south-facing garden. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk to the city center. Halage de la Mayenne 300 m away, small supermarket, tobacco bar, pharmacy 300 m away, bakery 600 m away. The house is inhabited year-round by myself and by my son, a student, on some weekends. Everything is available. It is therefore a "living" house with its books, CDs, paintings, photos, games for children...
