Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Laval

My partner and I were looking for a little getaway spot to relax and Gordon and Louis’ place was above and beyond what we were looking for. The large fully fenced backyard is even more beautiful than in the pictures and my dog thoroughly enjoyed it. The airbnb itself was like a hotel - it had everything we needed and more. We initially planned to explore Montreal during this trip but we ended up spending more time in Point Claire and it was really lovely! Louis and Gordon are top tier hosts and I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Amazing location central to everything! Danielle was incredibly helpful. She even arranges a work table as we were going to be working on our remote jobs during the day. Lived that we were able to be on the Mount Royal trails in under 15 min. The apartment itself is lovely and sitting by the window seeing all the activity below while drinking our morning coffee became one of our favorite things to do.

Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. The host was really easy to talk to and made everything super smooth. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Montreal again! Thank you Thomas.

Tout s’est super bien passé durant ces 13 jours sur place, le logement est très bien équipé , cuisine complète avec tout ce qu’il faut, tout le nécessaire sur place, laveuse / sécheuse bien utile !! L’environnement est très beau, Sylvain a un grand jardin très agréable, il y a un petit parc proche , au bord de l’eau pour de petites balades, le vieux Terrebonne est à 10mn de voiture, Montréal et Laval sont très proche par les autoroutes. Le seul petit reproche est la route en avant vraiment très passante . Je veux aussi souligner la propreté exemplaire du logement avec serviettes et draps de qualité. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit , et Sylvain , qui loge juste à côté, est un hôte vraiment sympathique.

House was cozy. Perfect size for 3-4 people. Great restaurant with a petting zoo and ice cream right up the road

Arts place was a very good stay! I came with my little family :) some things were already provided for my baby here even tho we did bring some stuff just in case it wasn’t. There is a park not far from the airbnb as well! The walk around the neighbour hood is lovely & restaurants aren’t very far from there. Definitely will come back if we’re coming back to Montreal 😊 Art was quick to answer if there was any questions, the airbnb was nice & clean when we got there 😊

Fantastic place to stay. Clean, great location, had everything we needed plus more. Received many compliments for the booking as me and my guests loved the spot. Will return again if I ever visit Montreal.

they were great hosts! and place was spotless and looks exactly like the photos. small place but adds to the charm of the older home. great for a you and partner getaway, there nice bakery's, coffee shops etc near by. the house has great amenities even laundry! would recommend

Louies is a great host, very cordial and very responsive. The house is very easy to find. The house is situated at a nice lakefront location and spotlessly clean. When we arrived, the house was already cool which made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place .

I stayed at Manel’s place to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing! It felt homey and looked like the pictures. Manel was responsive and very helpful throughout my stay! I really enjoyed my stay

The place was exactly as described, incredibly clean and well equipped. There was everything available like a second home. Everything was well taken care of and the host Souad was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come again on my every trip to Montreal Quebec. Thanks Souad, hope to see you again.

Tout étais parfait! Si vous y aller avec des jeunes enfants il y a même des vélos et autres jouets pour les plus petits! L’emplacement est parfait! Proche d’une épicerie et de plusieurs autre magasins! Si nous devons retourner dans ce coins nous reprenions cette maison assurément!

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Everything was great! Gabrielle was responsive, helpful, and even sent pictures to make it easier for us to find the place. She also went out of her way to help with parking during the busy F1 weekend in Montreal. Thanks again!

Super responsive. I locked myself out by accident and she did not hesitate to help out. Condo is prestine with great amenities.

Tout était parfait! Très propre! L’hôte se soucie vraiment de notre confort. Il a proposé tout de suite d’ouvrir la thermopompe alors qu’on ne s’était même pas plaint de la chaleur! C’est possible de traverser le pont jusqu’au vieux St-Jean à pied où il y a une panoplie de restaurants et d’activités à faire. Je recommande vivement!

A great two bedroom apartment in the heart of little Italy! Lots of great restaurants and bakeries in walking distance and close to Jean Talon market too. The place was very clean and nice. Definitely recommend.

Appartement très confortable et idéalement placé. Il permet de profiter facilement Montreal tout en étant au calme. Petit point de vigilance pour les européens : les rideaux ne sont pas totalement occultant, c’est normal au Canada mais peut être surprenant ! Je recommande très fortement !

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.
