Condo vacation rentals in Laurel

This is our 2nd time staying at this bnb, and even thought there are some minor changes in the unit the our overall experience was still enjoyable. The host and caretaker are responsive and accommodating as well, they respond quickly whenever we have questions. This is stay is so worth every penny we paid. There were was a little issue with the fan in the living room area and the speaker, maybe it just needs maintenance but nevertheless it was a fun stay.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

We just got home but already planning on coming back. Especially when my kids decide to visit sky ranch, since it’s an hour and a half away from where we live. So we can all relax before and after the visit. Also, it was just a walk away from robinson’s mall. We especially loved the park in the village. It was huge, clean and very inviting to exercise in the morning and at night.

Amazing spot in Tagaytay, right next to the Ayala Mall. So if you’re looking for convenience and accessibility, this unit is great! Thank you all for the hospitality & for letting me stay in your unit at Serin! Til next time!

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. Would recommend this as a great place to stay. And thank you to our host.

Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. My friends and I had a great time during our stay in Arczai. Modern and minimalist interior with an amazing view from Taal. Worth every penny. The hosts are really nice as well as kuya nhadz. Highly recommended!

This is truly one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect spot. The unit is cozy and comfortable—just be sure to stick to the recommended number of guests to fully enjoy the space. We absolutely loved the balcony; it was everything we had hoped for. I just hope there is a better lighting in the kitchen area for cooking but still it is a great place! We will be back for sure.

I had an amazing staycation here! The room felt like a second home, making it hard to leave. I highly recommend booking this place if you want to have a long staycation. The room was well- designed and has beautiful decor. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

This is our second time here and everything is wonderful

We are thankful that the host was able to accommodate our early check-in time but of course with a price since they need to prepare earlier :) Room was clean and we were surprised that there were 2 bathrooms! It’s small but still very convenient for us since there were 3 of us. Liz was also very responsive and helpful with our needs. I do like that we were able to do a self checkout as well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay! We were able to visit nearby restaurant inside La Bella. Parking was also ample when we were there.

I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
