Gite for 2 people new built in 2022. (no pets allowed) Located south of the Ardèche 20 minutes from Aubenas and Vallon Pont d 'Arc (Gorges de l' Ardèche). The accommodation is on a wooded lot; surrounded by oaks and chestnut trees. Rivers and shops are close by. The cottage is equipped with a cooling floor, a covered terrace and a carport (possibility to recharge your electric vehicle directly: €5/charge).
