Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of historic downtown Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

House in the countryside

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

The apartment is cozy and spacious. It is located about 15 km east of Linz, has a covered terrace and a garden with a view of the Danube wetlands. It is suitable for professional use by several people, as a residence for work in Linz and the surrounding area, for home office, but also for vacation and leisure activities. The apartment is also suitable as (discounted) longer-term accommodation for work stays, families and individuals. Easily accessible by public transport.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping areas. The large duplex apartment 220 sqm is modern and stylishly equipped with 4 double beds and a sofa bed. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher and a kettle are also available. A spacious living room including Dining area with a flat-screen TV where Netflix and Amazon TV can be used. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and a hairdryer, are available as well as towels and lotions.

Numerous hiking trails in the Gusental region and bike paths lead directly through Katsdorf!

IMPORTANT! The apartment has three rooms, but depending on the number of people who book, the bathrooms and rooms are unlocked. e.g. 2 people = double room. The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has two balconies to a quiet courtyard and a terrace overlooking the city. Large glazing floods the apartment with plenty of light.

Free living Freistadt

At about 60 m² you will feel at home here. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the attic. Within walking distance you can reach the old town in a few minutes, so you are fully in the action and still in the countryside. • 500 m to downtown • 600 m to the brewery • 900 m to the bus station "Stifterplatz" • 1.3 km to the exhibition hall

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
