The home is placed on one of the most impressing locations in the country. The house was co-designed, with Kata Jung (Kata made significant projects in the area). Art, antic doors / windows and nature . The ocean views from the house are one of it's kind. The starry night from at the roof terrace is spectacular. 300ft./100m above the ocean. No air condition(great breeze and ventilators) shared pool(with Geco and Buho cabin), 4X4 recommended. The place is family orientated and not a party place.

Our Casa Léon is a beautiful property with 3 houses on a little hill, right in the heart of Santa Teresa. After 3 years of travelling this was the best place I´ve found in the world. It´s a perfect place to work, relax, to surf & do yoga. Super fast fiber optic internet. Super close to town, but also up enough to not be bothered by it`s dust and noise. Only a 3 min. walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Only 5 walking to the famous surf beach Playa Carmen.
