Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

10,000 m2 Tropical Garden lovers, direct sea Views

This garden was selected to be included on the book "Gardens of Spain" and the only one in Tenerife. The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
