Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Las Caobas

Excellent, me encanto, lo recomiendo. Todo hermoso y muy limpio. Buena ubicacion. Ellos estuvieron pedientes, y amables . Se merecen un 10 de 10.

Muy bonito el apartamento, en zona tranquila, con todo lo necesario para un descanso o conocer la ciudad. Sin duda lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a la ciudad lo reservaré de nuevo.

Apel 7 a sido una de mis torres favoritas en RD pero estar en este departamento me ponerlo en mi lista de favoritos. Un 10 de 10.

Nos quedamos mi esposo y yo con nuestros niños de 11 meses y 3.5 años, donde reinaba la tranquilidad, seguridad y comodidad. Nos encanto el hospedaje y sobre todo las buenas atenciones de Rafael para lo que necesitamos en su momento, al tener 2 niños nos queriamos asegurar estuviesen seguros en el apartamento. Este apartamento tiene de todo y lo mejor es poder ir al balcon y ver la bella vista. Nos quedaban cercas restaurantes, malls, supermercados, farmacia, el mirador, y teniamos parqueo subterraneo. Debo destacar que el personal de la torre es amigable y respetuoso, nos encantó! Nos gusto mucho la seguridad de esta torre. Definitavemente Rafael es un excelente host y la proxima vez deseamos quedarnos en sus propiedades. Muchisimas gracias por su amabilidad y cortesia!

5 stars – Beautiful Apartment & Great Host! I had a fantastic stay at Juan Antonio’s apartment in Piantini, Santo Domingo. The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. Juan Antonio was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the mall and nearby grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. Whether you’re in town for business or relaxation, this spot is perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended!

Muchas gracias Adonis por recibirnos en su propiedad, la cual es igual que en las fotos, un apartamento de ciudad muy cómodo y acogedor para personas como nosotros que viajamos por trabajo. La cocina moderna ofrece facilidad para preparar comidas rapidas, el personal de vigilancia siempre atento y amable. Las habitaciones con sus baños ofrecen privacidad para el descanso. Realmente lo recomendamos para todos los que deseen alojarse cómodamente en un lugar bien céntrico de la ciudad.

The apartment was perfect! Very clean and neat! Fantastic place to stay! Feels just like home!

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

This Lacasa was a very good condition and the place the area very safe nice private pool inside look amazing is you’re beautiful to stay with your family and friend to enjoy your vacation. You won’t regret it and I will come soon. Possible for my vacation. Thank you. Let us know.

The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

El alojamiento fue espectacular Keny el anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable en todo momento, repetiría una y mil veces en este lugar, la casa estuvo impecable y pasé unos días maravilloso y te agradezco mucho Keny por tu buen trato desde el minuto uno que te mande el msj hasta que nos fuimos de la casa eres muy atento y respetuoso gracias.

Yuselli’s was very nice and helpful! Very beautiful place very roomy. I lived the jacuzzi area I had an amazing time with friends!

Jenci was extremely informative. Very responsive. His home was beautiful! Definitely the perfect home to stay in.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

Lo recomiendo al cien , un lugar muy limpio y bastante acogedor , la zona bien tranquila y el anfitrión muy amable ,un lugar que me encantaría volver ☺️

Comme pour le précédent logement, pensez à revoir les ustensiles de cuisine. Sinon le reste est correct pour le prix payé
