We were a group of 9 friends, the house had everything we needed, good refrigerator, good kitchen, large patio and a huge pool. the super comfortable and well spacious beds, especially the double. there is a very nice and tender kitty given to everyone, please to those who visit take care of it and keep in mind that it is part of the house at all times. a kitten love. the facilities were very comfortable for us. 100% recommended.

Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility at check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lakefront house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are of good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Extremely recommended if it is a large group that wants to have a good time and relax. There are minimarkets nearby to be able to stock up if needed and the caretaker of the house is super friendly. José Luis is an excellent host. He was always attentive to everything before, during and after our stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable. Absolutely recommended! Our group was large and we could still be comfortable all equally and have an excellent time! Very complete house and with all the comforts to make the stay out of the best. Beautiful studio and property on a vineyard and winery, and wine tasting of six wines. Matt was a great host and we had an awesome weekend!

If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.
