Beautiful stay with a fantastic view Everything was exactly as described – the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The hosts on site were extremely friendly and helpful. Arriving by car leads to a rather steep climb, but with the detailed directions of the landlord, the accommodation was easy to find – a real plus! The terrace has stunning views of Lake Como – a real highlight of our stay. In the immediate vicinity is a small waterfall. It did not bother us, on the contrary – we found it very idyllic. However, if you are looking for absolute peace, you should perhaps keep this in mind. In just about 5 minutes you can be in the village by car, where there are shops such as Penny and Iperal – very convenient. For us, it was an all-round successful vacation. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back! All the best! Tim

This apartment is part of a complex comprising 7 buildings, and 710-1 is on the 5th floor of 'Haus 7'. It has a great view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains from the corner balcony, where you can sit outside if the weather is warm. There's a nice spacious living area and two decent-sized bedrooms with lots of cupboards and storage space for coats, boots, etc. If your vehicle is less than 1.98m high then you will be able to use an underground parking space that is very convenient for the lift, which will take you directly up to the apartment level. If your vehicle is too high, the reception will direct you to free public parking 5 mins walk away. But you can still drive up to the reception for unloading and loading. The building is well equipped with a laundry room and cleaning room. There's a lockable bike room by reception with plenty of space. And although we stayed in summer, there's also lots of ski/boot storage in the complex. Do explore all the walking and biking options! And lots of free/cheap buses to get around. Wonderful area and we really enjoyed our 11 nights in the apartment.

We had a great time at this place, which was very large and clean, with a beautiful view. All the necessary cleaning and cooking supplies were available to us. Parking is a few meters down in the village, so the journey must end on foot. We recommend this listing for a stay with family or friends!

The apartment is beautifully located in Pontresina Muragl. The unobstructed views are overwhelming. You have access to a covered private parking space. The apartment looked clean and tidy. It's also a spacious apartment. It really felt like a home. We enjoyed it. The guidance was also fine. Questions were answered quickly. For a next visit to Pontresina I would choose Chesa Lej again. Thanks for everything !

What a lovely space and location! We were there for a medical conference and it was wonderful watching the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee looking out over the lake and ending our evenings after a long day of work, with a glass of wine, enjoying the cool mountain air. Very convenient as was 10 minute walk to our conference, close to groceries and we jumped in the lake in the mornings and walked around the lake and trails daily. Great experience all around and would return for next year's conference for sure. -Nasha

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Very nicely located accommodation at the back in Silbertal, plenty of space (but we were also 'only' 16 people, very friendly hosts, large kitchen and beautiful living area, supermarket in the village, Kristbergbahn almost at your doorstep, reliable bus traffic - our group enjoyed it very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic place in Graubünden! The charming house is set in an idyllic little village surrounded by a stunning mountain backdrop. A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, you're in the right place. The view of the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

very cozy house right on the slopes and in the center of the village. Very nice to have lunch in the sun in the afternoon on the terrace. Everything you need is present. Small downside: occasionally some odor nuisance, but possibly that is a general problem in the village (also occasionally in restaurants and so noticed)

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.
