Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.

You’ll love our place because you have the whole house to yourself, it's in a family friendly neighborhood, it's quiet, and it's completely furnished. It’s very convenient to Point University, Kia, Calloway Gardens, and more. It's within a fast (interstate) 30 min. to many major places and events, such as Auburn Football (only 20 min. from park and ride at Tiger Town) and East Alabama Medical Center. Families and friend groups welcomed.
