Great location right by the free ski bus and a ski rental shop. You can also buy lift tickets right there. Stephanie was very accommodating in letting us check in early and helpful in directions and recommendations for restaurants. This is a nice quiet option a short bus ride from the more bustling St. Anton. Would stay here again.

Robert was very friendly and helpful when we neesed. The appartment is placed at excellent location in the center of the town next to bus stop, ski rental and restaurants and has private parking. The appartment is quite, clean and very well maintained.

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns vor Anfang an direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, der Wohn- und Essbereich geräumig und gemütlich. Der Blick vom Balkon und die bequemen Möbel laden zum Verweilen ein. Da wir im Frühsommer und somit vor der Sommersaison hier waren, hatten die meisten Restaurants in der Gegend geschlossen und auch die Bergbahn ist noch nicht gefahren. Dafür war es angenehm ruhig und im Laden die Straße runter konnten wir uns gut versorgen. Es hat uns in unserer Zeit hier an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns auf den Aufenthalt bei Karolin gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Appartement ist großzügig, geschmackvoll, funktional, sauber, gemütlich, top ausgestattet… Die Lage ist wunderbar und der Blick durch die Panoramafenster berauschend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

heel mooi verblijf! alles was heel schoon en het voelde heel huiselijk. alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. het is tot nu toe echt de schoonste airbnb die we hebben gehad. we zouden dit zeker aanraden. host is super aardig en kwam op de aankomstdag even kennismaken, heel attent :)

Bibi & Tom sind zwei sehr liebe Menschen :) Tolles Appartment und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 8P gebucht und der Platz war ausreichen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, im Bad war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Kochen/Selbstverpflegen war kein Problem. Dazu gibt es ein tollen Balkon und die Möglichkeit im garten zu grillen (was von uns genutzt wurde). Kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Für jegliche Gruppen bzw. Konstellationen geeignete Wohnung. Viel Spaß und bis bald 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – es gibt kaum andere Gebäude in der Umgebung, sodass man hier wirklich entspannen kann. Besonders angenehm war die Wärme des Apartments, was im Winter ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei, und es war jederzeit gemütlich. Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns beeindruckt – alles war makellos gepflegt. Zudem ist die Wohnung hervorragend ausgestattet, besonders die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um problemlos zu kochen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

Our group of 9 had plenty of space at Elizabeth’s place to enjoy our holiday. We especially enjoyed the yard and the fact there was a path along a beautiful river just behind the house. One can easily walk to a beautiful waterfall and also enjoy a hanging bridge in a nearby town. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. There is one large bathroom with laundry machines, a double sink, two showers, and 2 toilets. One toilet has its own door, but this configuration is not as private as a completely separate second toilet. We loved staying in an authentic older Austrian house in a beautiful area. It was easy to check in. Elisabeth communicated quickly and was very helpful.

We had a lovely week at Haus Alpenglow skiing in Ischgl and St Anton and Rodelabend in Kappl. We also visited Silvretta Therme which is a really good Spa with several saunas etc. Kate’s house suited us perfect, two families with teenagers. Beds were comfy, WiFi was very good, the house was clean and beautiful, the kitchen large and well equipped. Communication with Kate and Stephan(the caretaker) was perfect and friendly.

Die Region ist einfach wunderschön. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der Ort einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung war auch toll, der Standort auch und die unkomplizierte Art von Edith di immer vor Ort war wenn man was brauchte. Besten Dank, es war wunderbar

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house in Prutz for our ski Christmas getaway! The house was spacious, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a group of friends. It felt like a home away from home with plenty of room to relax after long days on the slopes. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was ideal, with four ski resorts all within a 30-minute drive, which made it easy to explore different slopes each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our winter holiday! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Heerlijk warm en schoon appartement. Ruim appartement, goede bedden. Moderne badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken. Alles top. De communicatie middels app met Sandra was heel prettig. Ligt wel aan het einde van een bergweg, redelijk hoog. Voor ons geen bezwaar. Wij hebben een prima week gehad!

Wir hatten die Dachgeschoßwohnung für ein langes Wochenende gemietet, alles war wie beschrieben und der Ausblick auf die Berge super. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

My self and my family had the best summer holiday staying at Alexis place, the flat is beautiful and luxury, Alexis was very responsive and very helpful to all our needs, if your looking for a nice holidays in the alps this is definitely the place to choose, highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was exactly as described, everything worked and was in good condition, well-equipped kitchen, great communication, a partner hotel that we could leave luggage at on the last day or eat breakfast in if we wanted (for a charge). What you don’t get from the description online is just how good the views are and how well located it is - yes, we had to get the U-bahn but because we could leave skis, boots and helmets at Check-In (by the cable cars) the whole process was super easy! Overall so impressed and we would definitely return if we were looking to come back to Serfaus.

Great place with a beautiful balcony, with a lot of nearby attractions. we whet there for skiing. there are multiple areas within 30-60min drive.

Bart ist ein toller Gastgeber, der mit seiner Ferienwohnung absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und sehr hochwertig und liebevoll. Sie bietet sicher zu jeder Jahreszeit einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeglicher Art und anschließend ein schönes „ Zuhause „. Bei Rückfragen muss man nicht lange auf eine Antwort vom Gastgeber warten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.
