Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Maryline - eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Genfersee und eine von Herzen freundliche Gastgeberin…. Alles in allem einfach perfekt! Wir kommen von Herzen gerne wieder. Danke liebe Maryline :-)

Fantastische locatie ! Groot en netjes ingericht verblijf. Heerlijk balkon aan 2 kanten van het verblijf met prima zitjes en zelf ligstoelen. Het enige minpuntje is de doorgaande weg tussen het verblijf en het meer. Dit zorgt voor wat geluidshinder. Fietsen in de omgeving is een aanrader, perfecte fietspaden rond het meer. ffietspadenrond het meer.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and homely. The location in Geneva is very good and the building quiet and secure. Ruby was always responsive, left clear instructions and kindly allowed a later check out. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a week and was happy that I chose this instead of a hotel. The only misunderstanding on my part was that based on the listing I thought that breakfast would be included, but Ruby clarified this is only the case when you book a room and not the entire apartment. Fortunately, the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Annecy. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and Dominique was responsive to all our queries.

Appartement très sympathique en plein cœur d’Annecy, permettant de réaliser énormément d’activité ; également un grand choix de restaurant à proximité. Instruction très claire, et de nombreuses proposition d’activité. Nous avons donc passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique ville d’Annecy

Isabelle was very gracious host and very pleasant to deal with. She had for us a bottle of juice and a jar of apricot jam that she made herself. 💕 really appreciated it. Her place was spacious and very clean in a quiet location, walkable to the city center. Although we did not use the kitchen, she had everything for us to use - oil, spices, pots and pans. The air conditioner in living room and bedrooms is one that you put ice into to cool the air. It worked for us, weather was still pleasant early June. It was a perfect trip. Logement idéalement placé, à deux pas du Vieux Annecy et du lac, mais au calme contrairement aux logements situés dans les rues bondées de touristes. Grand balcon avec vue sur le lac, parfaitement équipé et distribué, la qualité de l’accueil... Absolument rien à redire, on reviendra certainement !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Il est bien situé, très calme et aucun vis à vis, une belle vue lac. La maison est agréable et la cuisine super pour les longs séjours. (nous avions vu les commentaires sur l’odeur dans la salle d’eau mais il y a une petite fenêtre et la vmc pour l’aération, donc pas gênant). Nous recommandons et reviendrons certainement s’il est disponible pendant notre prochain séjour.

Notre séjour fut des plus agréables. La maison offre toutes les commodités pour un séjour d’une semaine. À trente minutes de la gare, la marche est agréable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux et la modernité des installations.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end entre amies dans le logement de Dominique et nous en sommes plus que ravies ! Le logement est vraiment top, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Dominique est un hôte vraiment génial, il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous pensons déjà à revenir avec nos familles !

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Wir waren zu sechst imn der Villa und haben es sehr genossen! Der Whirlpool bietet genug Platz und das Haus ist ebenfalls grosszügig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und versuchten uns zu helfen wo sie konnten. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist, das die Sauna nach Kloake stinkt. Wir haben sie dann nicht benuzt. Sonsz war alles sehr toll!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Studio joliment aménagé et fonctionnel, avec espace extérieur dans une résidence sécurisée au centre de Duingt avec accès direct au lac...vraiment très agréable !

Best accommodation and best host

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben hell, freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man ist so nahe am Wasser, dass man das Gefühl hat, man ist direkt auf dem See. Evian ist mit dem Auto und auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar wo es viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants gibt.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement. CheckIn und CheckOut gut geregelt. Tolle Lage. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Straße ist stark befahren, deshalb mussten wir die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, jedoch konnte man den Verkehr trotzem leicht hören. Am Strand besteht leider Hundeverbot, jedoch konnten wir uns daneben ans Wasser legen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Thomas est un hôte accueillant et réactif, qui nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal : piste cyclable juste derrière, sentiers de randonnée à proximité, et commerces facilement accessibles. La vue est magnifique, l'appartement est cosy et bien équipé. L’accès à la plage privée et au ponton est un vrai plus ! Nous repartons ravis, avec de très beaux souvenirs.
