“Baan Fai Nam Lumta

“Water Weir House”, a homestay that some of its owners built and designed the space with their own ideas from the beginning. Because of its passion for nature, the beauty of the water, the serenity of the flowers and the mountains, the house was born, the house was a tide. The place was only a large house and two small houses were located in the same area in the center of Mae Ta, Lampang Province. The villagers in the community lived simple, friendly, courteous, safe, and safe to find in the house. It was a pleasure at a large price that was more than worth what I could get.

The complementary breakfast in the morning was good & was more than enough for my husband & I. We stayed in the family room which provided us with lots of room to spread out our things. I spent two days here and Pramuan was very attentive and thoughtful, would carefully show me the room when I came. There are two dogs in the house and they are very cute and active. The house is pretty and looks much better than the pictures and it is well taken care of. Pramuan asked me every day what time I wanted to have breakfast and the breakfast will be ready on time every morning, very delicious. The place is quiet and you can take a bike ride out in the morning, super chill and relaxing. On the morning I checked out, Pramuan even came to say goodbye before he went to work and told me not to rush off and to stay on if I wanted. Before I arrived I also asked him if I could check in at 12pm and he was also very kind and said yes! Really very very very nice people, everything in Chiang Mai is great, everyone I met was very kind. Much appreciated! I’m sure I will come back next time!

I enjoyed my stay in Lada House. It's a lovely bed and breakfast and the hosts are super. I inquired about a Thai sweet baking class and the host made it possible. It was a great experience. I will book Lada House again on my next visit to Lampang.

If you are traveling to Lampang, stay with Siriwattana. She was so helpful, easy to contact, and accommodating. The place is gorgeous, super clean, and in a great location for exploring the area. This was one of my favorite stays through Airbnb. Our stay was great and would definitely stay here again.

This place is run by a lovely old lady. We were always treated like family and felt very welcome. Although the house is located close to the city center, it is surrounded by a nice, quiet garden. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Everyday we had something special for breakfast. For our trips we even got some packed lunch. We highly recommend this place!
