This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet, 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

Mi experiencia en esta casa ha sido inmejorable. La vivienda es preciosa, muy cuidada en cada detalle, y la piscina privada la convierte en un auténtico pequeño paraíso donde desconectar. La ubicación también es fantástica, cerca de todo lo necesario pero a la vez en una zona tranquila donde se respira paz. Además, la propietaria ha sido maravillosa en todo momento, muy atenta y amable, lo que ha hecho que la estancia fuera aún más especial. Sinceramente, creo que merece muchísimo la pena el precio pagado por todo lo que ofrece. Sin duda, repetiría. 100% recomendable.

this is a large well-maintained comfortable house for up to nine people. the linens and beds are comfortable (firm beds). the air conditioning is sufficient. the kitchen is well stocked and the house is clean and inviting. the hostess was always available and pleasant. there are mosquito nets on every opening.

Tout était parfait ! L’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai connu. Le logement était très propre et confortable. j’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement avec des restaurants locaux juste en bas, des bons salons de massages, le night market à 5-10 min à pied. Je recommande à 100% !!

She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.
