Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm, mit tollem Ausblick. Besonders positiv ist uns die gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber aufgefallen – freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The villa is beautiful, perfectly cleaned and maintained, with a stunning view, and all the mod-cons that you need. The location in Samui is very central. Sebastian is the perfect host - professional, friendly, efficient and fast to respond. Highly recommend! We look forward to stay again! :-)

Beautiful airbnb, such a nice secluded location so peaceful! The facilities were excellent, very comfortable for four people staying. Hosts were attentive & lovely cleaners. Kitty is the cutest cat ever, we miss her already! We didn’t use scooters, just taxis just make sure you order them on bolt and that they take you up the hill! Amazing stay.

Had amazing stay , host responded instantly to every message & arrived instantly if we needed anything , had everything we needed & was so clean almost like brand new ! Would definitely stay again , thank you 🤍

The villa is brand new, welcoming guests from January 2025 which meant it is in perfect condition. Koh Samui is very hilly but we found this villa wasn't too far up a hill and the view is worth it, it really is incredible. The salt water infinity pool was perfect and we were swimming every day after our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and all of the air conditioners were working well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, all were very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We took advantage of the service to order groceries to be supplied on our arrival which was well worth it. Our host Dave provided restaurant recommendations and information for how we could arrange car or bike hire to be delivered to the villa. Dave met us on arrival and was very gracious and understanding when we arrived late. I would highly recommend this villa, we loved every part of our stay here and will stay again.

Es war unvergesslich und wunderschön. kun ya Die Haushälterin hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das morgendliche Frühstück war unglaublich. Teilweise sind die Böden und Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Checkin und der Checkout war super flexibel und wir danken Darren sehr dafür. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt den Eltern mit kleinen Kindern beachten sollten. Der Pool hat eine Absaugtanlage, die auf einer Seite nicht geschützt ist. Der Sog ist sehr stark und könnte kleine Kinder-Händchen oder Füße verletzen oder sogar einsaugen. Mein absolutes Highlight war der unvergessliche Ausblick auf Ko Samui. The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful details and super clean. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to beaches, cafés and shops. The location is peaceful without being isolated. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. It’s clear that a lot of love and care has gone into creating this special place. Thanks so much again. We absolutely loved our stay at Rockhill Villa near Lamai Beach. The host Zuzana and her co-host May, were very responsive to us and even sent us beach and massage recommendations. On the day of our flight they organized in home massages for all of us. All the bedrooms are super spacious and nice. With two primary bedrooms, and 3 other spacious bedrooms. When we got in May walked us around the villa and showed us everything. The team even arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport which made everything seamless and easy. We appreciate the time, effort, and hospitality May and Zuzana presented us with. We will definitely be recommending this place and coming back! ขอบคุณ!

I would highly recommend this villa. It was exactly how the pictures looked. It’s nice and private and the pool is a good size. The pool was cleaned while we stayed there which was great. Miriam was an excellent host and very responsive.

The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. The villa was equipped with basic toiletries including towels, cooking basics and cleaning supplies. A cleaner was also available every morning. The beach was extremely nice though had rocks. The villa is within the hotel so around a 5 mins walk from reception but a buggy service is provided and easy to contact. An amazing villa and I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Koh Samui.

Amazing property, Andrew was always available. The only negative part is the location and the fact that the villa is accessible only in a SUV car. We still enjoyed it a lot!

Jessie’s villa was a lovely stay for us a family of 4. Most of all she was a super host very responsive and helpful at all times. The villa is a in private area, around 6 mins drive to any of the main restaurants, shops in lamai. My kids loved the swimming pool and the 2nd bedroom was perfect for the kids. Overall lovely peaceful stay. I would go back! 🙏🏼

Magnifique villa tres bien decoré. Nicolas est une personne tres sympathique qui nous a bien accueilli et a été tres réactif quand je lui envoyais un message vraiment rien a dire un des meilleurs hote que j’ai eu sur airbnb et pourtant j’en ai fait pas mal

Having stayed at many Airbnb on Samui, we really appreciated this place. Clean and spacious with everything you need to cook your own meals. Free water dispenser was a bonus allowing us to reduce wasted plastic bottles. Washing machine and motorbike was also beneficial. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that looked like it came straight out of a postcard. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

excellent place. we loved our stay. the house is big enough and we had what we need to spend many days. the nature around the house is beautiful. we felt in home. there a few restaurants around, and some supermarket/mini market close to the house. the beach is 10-15 min walking the main lamai main center is 40-50 minutes walking. there are also some bike rental places closer we will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this brand new, beautifully decorated villa. The sea view was stunning, and we loved relaxing by the private pool. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located — peaceful but still close to beaches and local spots. The host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Great spot. Right on the beach. Rooms are nice and cool and everything is updated and feels clean. Only thing to note is that you are above a bar which plays loud music. Jaymes reached out beforehand to confirm that we understood that. We had a great time

This is a cute little beach house just a minute away from a beautiful quiet beach. We were here in June and had the beach basically to ourselves. There are not a lot of food options or 7 eleven near by. But the trade off is it is quiet and not touristy. Grab has a hard time finding it so I provide them with photos of the turn off from the main road. Overall, it was the perfect size for 2 of us. please note, no air con in main living area, but it works fine in the bedrooms. The porch is nice with a big fan in the evening for a drink or quiet time. This was just what I needed to relax. Thanks!

Einer der Schönsten und atemberaubendsten Unterkünfte die ich bewohnen durfte. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Extrem sauber und von a bis z alles durchdacht. Dieses Haus und die Einrichtung, sowohl wie die aussieht sind ein absoluter Traum 😍 Das Haus liegt oben auf einem Hügel, mitten im Jungle und sehr privat. Der Weg dort hin lohnt sich allemal! Danke an unseren tollen Gastgeber der uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Auch proaktiv tips gegeben hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne im kommenden Jahr wieder dieses Haus buchen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Um einiges besser und intensiver, wie auch den bereits einladenden Bildern. Eine 11/10 🙌

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Top Villa, toller Pool. Der Blick nach dem Aufwachen auf den Pool ist großartig. Gastgeber waren super freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Zu Fuß ist ein Pizzaservice erreichbar, der auch hervorragende Pasta macht. Ansonsten ist ein Transportmittel sinnvoll.

I can’t express it in words - this place is a sanctuary!! It is so clean and maintained. You are surrounded by the incredible jungle and palm trees (yes nature sounds included which i loved!!) you cannnot see or hear a single neighbour and there is honestly hardly ever traffic, cant hear anything other then beautiful rain (when it does) and insects, birds! Great undercover balcony! Not to mention the view!! You see Koh tao when it’s clear (i did everyday in may!) Natty and Joffrey go ABOVE & BEYOND to help and to explain everything and give local knowledge. They booked a taxi for me from the airport to the home, my driver Youi was so beautiful! Nice to see a woman taxi driver. They helped me with a scooter accident, let me store luggage, they are honestly the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had! I really didn’t want to leave. This place is something very special and for the ridiculously low price you’d be silly to not!! Maenam is way better spot too, less touristy!
