Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Lalitpur

O espaço é amplo e confortável, precisei trabalhar longas horas por quase duas semanas e a internet funcionou bem, a mesa de trabalho era confortável e a iluminação bem pensada. Achei a cama confortável, o chuveiro de água quente funciona bem mas o tempo de água quente é limitado. Há uma máquina de lavar roupa disponível e um espaço como um 'rooftop". A comunicação com o proprietário foi ótima, cordial e rápida e ele pode recomendar coisas para fazer ao redor, festivais acontecendo etc e é flexível e pronto para ajudar. Muito simpático me trouxe um doce tipico que eu ADOREI e esqueci de agradecer e tb me contou sobre a vez que foi para a Argentina, o que achei mto acolhedor da parte dele (sou da America do Sul). Tive um contratempo com vôo e ele foi flexível e tranquilo com minhas necessidades em relação a estadia. A região é uma graça, eu AMAVA simplesmente dar uma volta pelas ruas e entrar em qualquer restaurante ou café por ali. Há mtas opções para se perder em Lalitpur. Recomendo!

Highly recommended....very nice place to stay....really enjoyed alot.

Super friendly host always ready to help and to show you around, and at the same time relaxed and unintrusive, which is cool. Amazing location in the heart of Patan with lots of space inside the house. Yet it can be noisy sometimes (mainly because of the dogs and pigeons - but that's how it is around...). Also there is a roof where you can sit in a garden of pot flowers watching a vast landscape of roofs any time of the day. Also the wifi was good for work (~ 170 mbps). Also there were 2 tables in my room: one for work, one for non-work things. TWO tables! Finally someone understands what a working traveller needs! Will definitely stay here again when I'm around.

The host provided clear instructions and was always easy to contact with any concerns or questions. The host apparently lives near the Airbnb, so they are nearby in help is needed. The host was proactive to provide for any needs.

I recommend the place for both private and work related stay. The apartment is clean, spacy and quiet, the kitchen is well equipped, and I liked to work at the table in the dining room. As the nights in Kathmadu were particularly cold those days, I really appreciated always available hot water and the electric blankett in the bedroom. Dipa was very responsive and very friendly in communication. On arrival I found a welcome snack and fruit, which was really nice. Also I was able to use the washing machine on the top floor, which was very helpful. I hope to come again. Thank you very much for the great stay.

We liked ver much staying at Urmila's place. She and her family and the people around her are very kind and also very helpful. It's great also to have a place out of the center although not far. We really enjoyed our staying and we wish Urmila and her people plain success in her tourism projects!

Amazing place right at the Guru Rinpoche statue in walking distance from Yeshi Tsogyal and Mandarava caves and hiking track to the Champa Devi Mountain. Rooms are large and comfortable, kitchen is well equiped. Owner was exceptionaly helpfull and friendly. Local breakfast served with eggs, toasts and stir-fried pumkin grass and farm milk was really tasty. Easy to get to Pharping to visit famous Asura cave. There are a few local restraunts in walking distance with cheap and tasty local food. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I had a great stay at Helena’s amazing Kaalo.101. The vibe and atmosphere of the place is great — a homely space where you are free to be and express yourself for who you are. I spent four nights in a comfortable and creative room. On the first night all the artists/guests shared food and drinks on the rooftop which was lovely. And the surrounding area, Patan, is awesome. A lot quieter than other parts of Kathmandu. Artsy and architecturally inspiring. Highly recommend!

My son and I stayed at Rabin's unit for two weeks in February because my son was playing a tennis tournament nearby. About the place: We stayed at the unit with the attached kitchen and bathroom - the unit is exactly as in the photographs, clean, roomy and has a small kitchenette. Rooms were cleaned once a week, and fresh linen and towels were provided. What struck me the most is that Rabin is the most genuinely nice and helpful person I've met. For example, when my son's shoes gave way in the midst of the second week, Rabin personally assisted me in getting them repaired. Rabin, his lovely wife, and his wonderful parents made us feel at ease and safe - they took excellent care of us! added bonus: Rabin is a good cook!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und eine sehr herzliche, schöne Familie. Ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Swechchhas Mutter hat mich wie ihr eigenes Kind behandelet. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und werde sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles🥰❤️

Extraordinary home with unique historic restoration filled with intriguing books, paintings, photos, Nepali furniture and rugs, gorgeous quilts. Ben was out of town but consistently available & Chechee who lives within the garden/compound was friendly & available & took great care of us & the home. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Ideal location.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Nous avons passé plus d'un mois en famille dans ce logement extrêmement confortable que je ne peux que recommander tant l'emplacement est idéal et les propriétaires qui vivent au-dessus sont accueillants, discrets et chaleureux. Plein de restaurants, shops a pieds du logement. Les pieces sont spacieuses, lumineuses, joliement décorées. Possibilité de laver votre linge. Plein de plantes et fleurs dans la jardin!! I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautiful accommodation. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything. The place itself was warm and inviting, with lovely details that made it feel like home. Rashil and Kiwako were outstanding hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their hospitality really made a difference and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s a fabulous little flat with everything you need in the VIP area of the city. The family who owns the place takes lots of love and pride in making their guest feel comfortable. For a longer stay I found it just right.

I recommend all looking for a place to live in Kathmandu, Nepal, to choose Raju’s place coz it’s the best one and the host is super-friendly. The place is both peaceful and near to the hub of the city. Strongly recommended to all the Airbnb guests from all corners of the world.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..
