There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

great place to stay in a very peaceful area. a few restaurants right by the Villa which are decent but also very easy to get into Calpe or Altea. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with and responded to everything very quickly.

What a wonderful week we had at Villa Leonika in November. What a nice spacious house, with all the comforts. It is located in the quiet and beautiful district of La Sabatera and it is a 20-25 minute walk to the port of Moraira and the beach Playa l'Ampolla. In this old part of Moraira there are a few nice and cozy restaurants and terraces. The big market on Friday is recommended. The host was very friendly and helpful. In short, we had a perfect week.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a problem with the bathroom drainage which they sent a plumber to fix within a couple hours. The villa was spacious, clean and perfect for a trip away in large numbers. Thoroughly recommend!

Probably the best airbnb I ever booked - it was perfect end to end 1) the property is stunning, even the great pictures from the listing don’t do it justice 2) super friendly hosts, very helpful from the beginning, providing local recommendations 3) very well equipped: all kitchen / swimming pool ustensiles were available. The host also let coffee, olive oil, pepper, salt and all necessary condiments at our disposal ! 4) the area around the property is also very beautiful and quiet. With great walks starting a few meters away from the property

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

Great place to stay and discover the area. Supermarket really close by and nice villages with great restaurants too. Comfy home and the kids loved the jacuzzi

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

A very contemporary villa, spacious and private, lots of bathrooms for a big group of people, every room has a stunning view! Well equipped with all you need. We had a wonderful family holiday and spent precious time together with enough space to not be on top of each other. The pool and outside space is lovely too. Would love to return one day !

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and fast and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

We had a wonderful stay in Jur and Ruchamah's stunning home. The place has clearly been renovated fairly recently. Very modern, minimalist and clean but with a homey feel. No expense spared with the decor etc - lovely, quality bedding, pillows, crockery etc. Jur was kind and welcoming and sent some great recommendations. He also provided us with some welcome fruit picked from his garden. Thank you very much

The villa was perfect, for us in a car it was just what we needed the mountains are all close by, local shops and restaurants within few minutes drive and the beach was only 15 minutes away.

Fantastic location with cafe’s, bars and shops all within a one-two minute walk. Good communication to organise key collection as we arrived late in the evening, the villa was as-advertised with all the facilities you’d expect and require.

This is a very functional Villa, very homely with lots of space. There’s 3 bedrooms on the top floor, one master on suite and two doubles with a shared bathroom. Ground floor has 2 double rooms with another shared bathroom. The annexed bungalow was perfect for my 80 year old dad. It’s an easy 15 min walk into Albir where you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, about 30 mins to the beach front which is beautiful. We’ve had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re a big family and want a home from home feel.

Having read the other reviews its obvious that the hosts take their reputation seriously. They have clearly listened to other guests and are constantly improving the offering which would be hard to do as the place is amazing! Very spacious and equipped with everything you would need! We will absolutely stay here again...

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything and more needed for our stay. Victoria who welcomed us was so friendly and gave us lots of useful advice. The location was peaceful, but close and cheap enough in a taxi to the beaches and restaurants. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for those wanting a bit more peace and luxury on their holiday!

Big Thankyou to Irina for making my mums 60th birthday week extra special, she was a fantastic host who couldn’t do enough for us! My mum enjoyed the horse riding located nearby which Irina was brilliant in arranging with me to book and ensuring I knew exactly where to go on the day. (It was only 8 minutes drive) The Villa was immaculate and had everything you could want for a great week, Including everything you need to get you going which was a nice touch as we arrived late the first evening. The pool and surrounding grounds were spotless, very private and very quiet it was a brilliant space to relax and enjoy time as a family. The location of the villa is brilliant to be able to catch the bus 10 going in either direction to Benidorm or Albir/Altea near the garage just a short 5 minute walk away. We will certainly be returning in the future after such a brilliant week!
