Beautiful villa by the sea

I rent a villa of 4 people in NEA PERAMOS 27 km from Athens, 4 km from the city center, the fishing and marina and 200 meters from the beach. 4 room villa, refurbished on 700 m2 of land and 100 m2 of terrace overlooking the sea. It consists of a living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, the kitchen is fully equipped. 2 beautiful bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 king-size double beds, 1 shower room with walk-in shower. All linens are provided.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
